	Kittywitch Dragostae Kittywitch Fortunately, Pennsic conflicting with my work is not something I have to worry about, since merchanting is my day job. However, this does mean separating SCAdians from their money is something I have to worry about. Alright, now everyone gets to mock the bloodsucking merchant scum... Hey now. 	Yahoo!!! I just walked back in the door from coming home from Pennsic. I was there for three whole weeks. I was part of the technical service crew so if you went into a A&S tent or any other Pennsic tent I was one of them that helped put it up and maintain it. So for me it was a lot of hard work but a lot of fun and while this year was hot and wet I would highly recommend Pennsic next year to anyone that hasn't gone to one before.

	Pennsic was fun, even with camp drama, a shortage of sunblock, and getting caught in almost every downpour. xd This was my 12th Pennsic. It would have been my 14th, but I missed 25 and 35. I'm hoping this 'Anniversary Curse' goes away, but the next time I miss Pennsic, it will be because we are going to Europe for a vacation, instead. heart

	It did rain. But for the first time in years, our roof worked. heart In the first downpour, I was walking with some friends. And I said, "Hey, come to my place! We've got a roof! And a floor!" This was plenty of reason for them. We ran over to my house, sat on a deep, furry rug with pillows and ate cheese. I offered everyone towels, it was great. What wasn't great was when they got back to camp... which was setting up in the rain short two teenagers... The roof in question.

	Yes, my mother does sell portraits. She's actually finishing up one to be delivered at Pennsic right now. 3nodding

My friends and I are planning to go the summer after we graduate high school, as a celebration. ^.^ (three girls, two guys - separate tents!) We're all really excited, and we've had to stop the guys from blowing all their money on new armor and tabards, reminding them that it won't fit three years from now. xd
Anyone else getting their tents from Panther Primitives?...

	I'm incredibly excited for Pennsic this year, last year was one of my best times ever. I spent days at "Your Inner Vagabond" with friends and despite my distain for rain and the droplets that stick to trees and then fall when the wind blows and soak you, or Angel Spit as Ben called it, I had a wonderful time. Sadly I have to start saving up for next year right away or I won't be allowed to come sweatdrop

My shop got one of those for local events a few years ago, and it's holding up pretty well. We've gotten to the point where we can set it up in less than two hours with three of us. Our tear-down is even better. We have our house for the war, though.
