My obsessions switch often so this is somewhat of a tough one. So I'll just go with the recent.
Yaoi: Fakir/Mytho, Zuko/Sokka, Tseng/Reno, etc.
Yuri: Sakura and Tomoyo, Hotaru and Chibi Usagi, etc.
Knowing me, this will probably change in a week.

kageling I'm not entirely sure I know what you mean by that, but favorite kickass couples/singles?
Yoruichi and Soi Fong of Bleach, to be sure! Hot ninja chicks = YES.
Favorite guy couple would probably have to be Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric. I know a lot of people are squicked by the incest, but I think it's a beautiful pairing and their relationship has so much in it. They're in (some kind of) love no matter how you look at it.
