How long do you think it will be before we find out more about Edward, anyway? Does anyone know if LKH specified on that?

It would be cool to find out more about Edward ^^. But then again, he's like, the ultimate mystery character LOL. So it might lower his appeal if we knew his whole story and everything. But you never know *shrug* What do you guys think?

But you never know *shrug* What do you guys think? Nah, I don't think I'd like Edward any less if I knew more about him. Then again, LKH shouldn't reveal the true Edward all at once, or it might be like, information overload. A little at a time--small Edward teasers in each book--leading up to a final, astonishing revelation--now that would be cool.

I love that in interviews LKH always says she sees no end to the Anita series. She said the Merry series has a definite end she is working towards, but that Anita will go on and on. It makes me happy just thinking about it.

I agree that Edward should be in the books more but I don't want to find out anything else about him. And if Anita and Edward have a fling EVER I think that would ruin the book series.
I can't believe it takes Anita that long to make love with JC. He's irrestitable! And he's a vamp with the whole French thing going on, double threat!

Narniakat I love that in interviews LKH always says she sees no end to the Anita series. She said the Merry series has a definite end she is working towards, but that Anita will go on and on. It makes me happy just thinking about it. I first started reading Anita Blake and loved it but now I still do but not in the same way. Now it's mostly for the men blaugh Merry I like cuz all of the intrigue and court politics most of all I can kinda see where it's heading.... Anita is to open ended it can go many ways... great for a fanfic but not for closure. I need closure with my book or I go a bit mad. lol

Ah, Edward.... I like Anita being a decent match for him, and her kicking him was one of my favorite parts of OB. blaugh Because he deserved it, and that he didn't retaliate means he knew that.
He definetly loves her in his own way... I'm totally a fan of his soul-mate theory. At the same time, yes, our favorite sociopaths getting together would probably make the world end. But having him appear more would NOT, however. crying I miss him....
Edward being the mystery man is hot, but it'd be even hotter if he was Edward the mystery man who we get to find out more about. But in moderation. Giving out an entire history at once is a sign of a lazy and/or inexperienced author. Which LKH is so not.
I just hope the next AB book is as Edward-laden as OB was... because I have serious withdrawal.

I'm sure anyone who hasn't read the series would think us all mad when we talk about how we adore this guy Edward who's "the bestest socialpath on earth" xp
