Cassie was sitting nearby also staring out to sea (which was one of her pastimes) and she overheard the conversation she glanced at Kate and Claire but they didnt notice her (by the way Cassie is 15) she listened to thier conversation and mentally debated whether she should ask to tag along

"Um...ok...lets go. You go to give Aaron to Sun and Jin and I will meet you at that treet.' She was pointing to a large shady tree. "Oh yeah..im not worried." She knew she was lying to herself but didn't want to tell anybody.

(ok by the way Cassie kind of joined the crew right around the whole charlie bieng hung thing...dont ask but whatever they found her and she doesnt talk to people that much so...yea)
Cassie made up her mind and stood up and walked over
"do you mind if i tag along?" she asked them. she had no idea what they would say because she didnt know anybody very well and she knew that they knew her even less than that

Cassie looked at Kate for a momnet it wasnt quite a glare it was just sort of a contemplating kind of stare as she realized she actually she hadnt talked to kate before.
"my name's Cassie" she said quietly
she noticed in the background that charlie was going off with Locke and made a mental note to see what was up with that
(Cassie can be very nosy)

"OK...my name is Kate." She saw Cassie look at the two heading out together. She also, was curious. "You look young, how old are you."

charlie heard the leafs rustling in the wind.
the clouds were dark grey and i felt a chill. locke said "wait you..... " but it was to late i had picked up the sac and was caught in the trap.
luckily locke had a pocket knife and was able to cut through the thick rope of the net. it started raining so me and locke went back to the beach
with the sac.

she paused once more she was debating lying about her age because she hated people treating her like a child. but she decided against it

Claire runs ahead with Kate and Cassie. Claire pauses for a moment, "Hey, i don't think i've seen you before, im Claire and this is Aaron whats your name?"

Cassie nodded to kate as she walked over to charlie and wondered what they were up too then she said to Claire
"I'm Cassie" she smiled for aaron who made a cute baby like smile back at her
Ah the innocence of children she thought dreamily. she also tried to be friendly to Claire because she knew having a baby had to be rough. she wasnt very sociable nor was she good at being friendly but she did her best
"how old is he?" she asked
