Grace was helpless against Thelka's size. She had been expecting to have to chain wrestle and was preparing her counters when the giant just started shoving her into the corner pads. She didn't even have the chance to pump her brakes, and as such, was slammed forcefully into the corner. In a compromising position she was tensing up take the incoming strikes. Confusion was the only thing that struck her when Thelka just let her go.

Thelka gave her a natural grin which to others proved to be nothing short of sadistic. She gave her a pat on the shoulders. "Tell me young Grace. Do you like flying?"
She sunk her grip in as the smile abruptly vanished and she would look to use her strength into a wicked biel throw that would send Grace halfway across the ring.

Did Grace like flying? That was a wildly telling question to ask Grace,
"The Flying Ace" Fatsumoto. Before she could answer with a with a witty retort, Thelka grabbed Grace by the shoulders and flung her halfway across the mat. Thelka and the audience expected to see Grace go flying and crumple in a heap on the mat.
They would be disappointed. Grace did in fact go flying across the ring; but, she seemed to write herself in the air and landed crouched, with one arm out in a superhero pose. Now was the time for a bit of cheek.
"I do love flying, but you make a terrible catapult. Let's see if you make a better springboard"
Grace dashed forward charging Thelka to try and hit the largerwoman in the gut with a shoulder check, hopefully it was enough to double her over.

It took a lot to render Thelka speechless, but Grace had somehow found a way to do just that. Usually the biel would leave her victims in a crumpled heap, but not only was Grace none the worse for wear, but she was already on the attack.
The shoulder to the gut took her down hard and left her doubled over.

The opportunity presented itself to Grace. She backed off quickly, then charged forward. She would attempt to plant one of her boots on Thelka's back. With stable footing she would shove down hard launching herself up directly above Thelka, only to come back down with her legs tucked up and her arms wrapped around her knees. The plan was to land her Cannonball senton on a flattened Thelka.

She coughed as she tried to suck air back into her lungs. The foot to the back forced her down further before the massive senton flattened her to the mat, driving her face first into the mat and expelling whatever air was left our of the giant woman.
She collapsed in a barely moving heap, her body stiffened and the fans grew louder as the prospect of an massive upset.

Grace rode high through the Cannonball Plunge. The impact almost knocked the wind out of her as well. Hitting Thelka was like hitting the mat itself. It was a shock and she wanted to writhe in pain, but she needed to win as soon as possible. Sucking the pain in, like her father had taught her, she grunted and jammed her shoulder into Thelka's side to roll her over and pin her before she had a chance to recover.

The wind had been knocked our of her, but her rage and anger were stronger as the ref made another two count and to the shock of everyone, she sat up out of the pin attempt and slowly managed to get to her feet with Grace still locked in her arms.
The crowd murmured worriedly seeing the expression of outrage on the Austrian's face and the mood had quickly turned from elation to shock.

... Shock was the only expression on Grace's face. Gravity shifted as Thelka picked her up as she sat upright. She squirmed and wiggled, but nothing worked Thelka had risen after taking a cannonball to the back of her head, and she'd captured Grace in the process. She tried aiming elbows at Thelka's head, but she couldn't quite get the angle right.
Fans gasped in anticipation Grace was at Thelka's mercy now, and it didn't look like there was much to go around.

She locked eyes with Grace as the frightened girl tried to free herself with elbow shots, yet most of them went wide and the ones that did land barely phased her.
She hoisted Grace in her arms and looked to send her crashing down with a furious World's strongest slam.

Grace was slammed into the mat, with Thelka's weight behind it. The wind was blasted out of her like a popped balloon. The impact dazed her and leg her reeling. The audience exploded, they weren't cheering on her downfall, but they did love seeing big impacts!

Her lungs burned for air, but none would come, her chest couldn't expand with Thelka holding it down. Pain still wracked her body. But she heard the first slap! 1! She tried to summon her wits, Slap!!! 2!!
Grace pulled herself together and tried to throw her shoulder up! Despite Thelka's size and leverage, Grace broke the pin. She wouldn't give in just yet!

She began to laugh as Grace broke the pin. Rather than being mad, she was actually delighted. This one had fight in her and she would have fun breaking this one.
She looked to keep up the advantage with a quick point and a barrage of rights to the head of the downed challenger.

Grace was helpless against the onslaught of punches. She couldn't block very well with Thelka on top of her. All she could do was reach out and grab the ropes nearby and count on the official to pull Thelka off of her.
