	Entering the office, he spotted a cat napping on the windowsill. "At least she's not on one of the chairs," he thought as he went to close a second door which lead to his private chambers. He always felt bad having to move her whenever she did. "Please have a seat," he said. He hoped that this meeting would go well and that Elijah wouldn't be too disappointed if neither of the ladies turned out to be a good match for him. He could also not promise they wanted to get married. All he could do would be to listen to Elijahh and then ask the ladies if they were interested.
