The damage for Offhand Strike seems to be correct (3+2+8=13), but the rest of your calculations don't seem to add up.
Twin Strike deals only 1W damage, no strength modifier, but you get to add your enchantment bonus and weapon focus feat bonus, so it makes each attack 2d6 +3.
Since R2 is not at full HP, there is no extra damage from your challenging weapon, so I calculate the damage for your first twin strike attack to be 8 (3+2+3) and the second attack to be 9 (2+4+3) and an extra 2 damage if both attacks were to hit.
For your second twin strike I calculate your damage to be 10(4+3+3) for the first strike and 9 (4+2+3) for your second strike with an extra 4 damage if both attacks hit.
You then get to add an extra 4 damage to one of your attacks that successfully hit the target due to Hunter's Quarry. But remember you have to designate the target as your quarry beforehand, it is a minor action and you can only designate the target closest to you (if more than one is adjacent, pick any among them). Just to explain, the target remains quarried until you defeat it or use a minor action to designate a different target as your quarry. You can only have one quarry active at a time and you can only deal this damage once per round.

I will fix my post to designate R2 as the Quarry. And I will fix the numbers(forgot about not adding strength to Twin Strike).
