"One Agent Wasp coming up" He said before speeding away. It took a few to find out who the hell Agent wasp was but once found he would appear to her. After scaring the crap out of her, she let him know she would met him there. They would both arrive the same time but Izzy had a can of soda with him he got from some fridge he found. "See found her!" He announced his accomplishment.

“I understand. Better than most people.” Lexi answered softly. She avoided talking about her own past whenever possible. For the most part she just avoided talking about herself in general. Before she could answer Joel about looking for his sister Izzy ran up with Agent Wasp. “Excellent. Thank you Izzy.“ She told him, before looking back at Joel. “I need to meet with Mathis and the others about the situation here, but once we are done I’ll help you find your sister if I can.” She wasn’t too sure about just handing over access to Providence personal to Joel, but he could give her information about his sister and perhaps Glitch would be able to track her down. “There is a cafeteria and a rec room just down the hall. I’ll come get you when we are finished.” She told him before pushing open the door to the meeting room. Mathis of course was already sitting there, having gone head to gather information. “What have you found?” She asked him.

"Very little. We lost five deviants. All captured and by this point they have likely given up where we are. The Dominion was always good at getting information. However so are we. Our people managed to trace them back to a relatively small building. Three floors and heavily guarded. Perimeter guard are certain and from experience I know there are at least ten deviants on each floor. " Mathis explained while handing Lexi the file he had been given. "Our people will be on the top floor. That is where I would always go to interrogate."

“It seems we are out numbered.” Lexi took the file from Mathis and began slowly flipping though it to scan the information on each page. She wished he wouldn't bring up interrogating people so casually. It was something she didn't want to think about. The things he had done for the Dominion. The thing they had turned him into. “We can bring some agents from this facility, but we run the risk of leaving it open to attack.” Perhaps that was exactly what the Dominion team was hoping for. “How do you suggest we proceed?”

"On two fronts. If we can attack from the ground and have some flyers get to the top floor we should be able to get our people out." Mathis responded in his award winning monotone as he folded his hands behind his back. "We are looking at thirty five of them assuming the perimeter guard is small. But if we can cut them all off from the top of the building we only have to deal with the ten in the room with our people. The real problem is finding a way to do that so I suggest the ground attack at the same time. Those involved with the ground attack will be at very high risk."

That, at least, wasn't a very hard choice for Lexi. “I'll lead the ground assault. You and Izzy take the top floor.” Providence would have probably preferred she stick with Mathis on this first active mission since his return. After all, it was only her word that the Dominion had changed him and he hadn't been a traitor all along. A telepath would only see the same memories Mathis had. Sure there were those who trusted her and her powers, but there were others who did not. Who either thought she was lying or so desperately wanted him back as to believe in a delusion. Worst of all were those who thought Mathis had twisted her into becoming a traitor herself. Carmen, one of her very few surviving friends. There weren't very many people in the world who's opinions Lexi still cared about, at least on a personal level, but it was hard to have someone from the old days say such things. It was obvious she was sending Izzy to the safer location because this was his first mission and because of his age. Why Mathis though? Surely there was someone from this base who could lead the other team.
With a plan in place, she turned to Agent Wasp, who Izzy had kindly fetched for her. “How many Deviant's are here that can fly, and how many of them can carry another person?”
“Three and three.” He answered after a moment of thought.
“Is that enough for your plan?” It would mean 6 agents going to the roof.

Sure Izzy was immature but he did know when to buckle down and be mostly serious. He listened intently while one of his legs was bouncing to curb his energy. They where going to go for a frontal and up top attack and Izzy was going in trough the roof. He had an idea but he was unsure if it had been thought of or was part of the plan. He was still pretty green at this. "Possibly stupid idea?" Izzy asked peeking at the file too. "Are we or can we do this at night? It might provide good cover? And mabye we can get them when they're tired for the day?" As much of a stick up the butt as Mathis was he did know what he was doing. Guy needed to relax though, he was always so stressed.

"A sound idea, Mr. Forester," Mathis replied before elaborating. "But the Dominion is always more vigilant during the night. Fresh guards are always rotated in and they generally have powers that make the cover of night useless." Mathis then looked to Lexi who suggested that he and Izzy go from the roof. "That will work. My powers are more suited to the ground fighting so when the targets have been pulled out of the building I will join you there."

Lexi simply gave a nod. She was glad to see Izzy was willing to throw out suggestions and that Mathis had answered kindly. That there was still some kindness in there. “Sounds like we have a plan.” The next few hours would be spent deciding on personal. The three fliers would be going with Mathis and Izzy of course, plus one other of their choosing. As for Lexi, while it was tempting to take those with defensive powers since they merely needed to hold off the Dominion until the rescue was complete, it needed to look like an legitimate effort. And she needed to leave enough behind to make sure the base was secure.
All too soon, Lexi was out front of the Dominion base, waiting for Mathis to signal his team was ready to go. Once he did, she shifted the fuel tanker into gear. An advantage to the cityscape was they had been able to park the semi much closer than if it had been an open area. Still that was only so close. Once it became clear the truck wasn't slowing down, the deviant in the small guard hut emerged. He attempted to stop the truck by firing a bolt of lightning. Surely it would have killed the engine if Lexi's shield hadn't absorbed the shot. Then she was through the gate, the tanker easily busting the chain link rolling fence. The Dominion members scrambled, but it was clear they weren't expecting such a brazen assault. Most of their planning had gone to stopping Providence from sneaking into the base, not kicking down the front door. She was about a half way to the building when the electrokentic remembered his duty and sounded the alarm. The rest of her team shouldn't be too far behind. A few members appeared, those assigned to the front when such an alarm went off, while the rest went to their various other stations. The surprise was written all over their faces. A speedster dodged out of the way. One who she assumed had super strength or perhaps a similar power prepared to stop the truck from driving through the front doors. It didn't matter. Once she was close enough Lexi hit the switch on the explosives. A massive fireball went up. The shock wave heavily damaged the front of the building, opening it up for Providence to attack. For all it would appear that's how they meant to enter, and fight their way up to the third floor. Lexi stumbled from the twisted metal, her shields having protected her from harm. However she needed to quickly fall back to where the rest of her team was waiting for her before the Dominion swarmed the destruction she had made. It should be more than enough to draw their attention and give Mathis the opening he needed.

While Lexi lead the ground assault, the rooftop one began. He had signaled for her team to move and in doing so he set his own team on their path. He had left the additional member up to Izzy because he was certain that they could handle it with what they had. The fliers landed and set the team down and Mathis went to work. "Secure the rooftop, we will need an exit." Mathis reminded the three fliers who took to holding their position while Mathis moved towards the stairway entrance. Izzy would be with him, as would the other member. The three of them would have to move through the building carefully. Fortunately they would find many turned backs as most Dominion forces were moving to the front of the building or windows so that they could shoot at the attackers.

Izzy was so hyped for a real mission. He knew he needed to behave so for once in his life he was restrained. He had gotten to choose another teammate so he opted for brawny. The super strong super durable teammate was droped in with Izzy and Mathis. Once entered Izzy wished to make full use of the element of surprise. He zoomed up behind a guy an tapped his sholder. The guy turned but had no time before a rapid punch from Izzy knocked his lights out. Catching the guy Izzy zoomed back to the roof with him. Striping him of weapons he wanted to be sure they could suprise the bad guys for longer. It wouldn't take long (to Izzy it was a long time) to clear out the top floor. No sign of the prize just yet.

The strongman was named Vincent and he had been with Providence for about a year now. Mathis did not wait for Izzy to return after he had started clearing out the top floor. Instead Mathis moved to the penultimate floor and went to work with Vincent there. Izzy was a speedster, he wouldn't need the help on his floors. Vincent and Mathis strategically went about subduing the Dominion forces on their floor. Strategically is a word that when used here means Mathis and Vincent quietly choked out pretty much everyone on the floor. Then they waited for Izzy to get to them which probably wouldn't take long. Whenever he did Mathis would signal for them to move onto the next two floors. Little did he know the prize would be on Izzy's next floor.

Ross was tied up with other Deviants, but he wasn't part of them. He had his own agenda and mission. he had arrived several days before the initial attack posing as a new member, fake name and all. He was known here as Casey Barker, his power he couldn't fake but that was ok. To everyone here, he was just as much a prisoner. He could hear the commotion above and below them. The door flew open to show their rescuer. Good so far so good

Izzy was having a blast he could go as fast as he wanted and show off. He was only slowed by the sheer amount of people he needed to subdue. He stored the knocked out enemy all in a pile in a room. Mostly cause it would be funny when they woke up. He entered a new floor and popped into a big room. There were a lot of tied up people in here. "Speedy Gonzales to Mister Freeze and Hulk, I hit a jackpot!" He said into their comlink.

"What do you want? A cookie? Get them to the roof for extra-." Mathis' voice cut out over the comlink because he was having a little difficulty on the floor he had moved too. Vincent had been met with a somewhat stronger man and Mathis had been met with a vibrokinetic. Someone had thrown a table and Mathis had been forced to stop talking. Any who, with their goal accomplished Mathis began heading up to the rooftop for their escape. He expected that if Izzy was moving everyone up one by one he would arrive at about the same time as the speedster got the last person.
