sorry for the late reply. i was just really tired

anyway.
cause I have two mxf roleplay up.. Im up for a yaoi but only if you are
into that. Other than that anything else is up for grabs really. I have no
preferences.

what I have list available right now are these:
-a stereotypical virgin sacrifice for a god?
-a post apocalyptic survival fantasy roleplay
-Mixed up Fairy Tales:Mulan or Little Mermaid
-an Arabian night theme story of a prince and
a new girl to be added/force into his harem

I'm definitely willing to give it a try. But since the theme wasn't actually at the top of my list.. haha I dun know where to start with it.

What do you fancy? A modern fantasy retelling of the story or keeping to the traditional medieval fantasy theme with a somewhat different plot?

Awesome! How about we make the setting Victorian and change the plot slightly? I haven't thought too hard about plot to be honest, I thought we could brainstorm. What kinds of things do you have in mind?

Im seriously at a lost for plot xD
when you say victorian I think of those cheesy harlequin romance novels.

minus a bit of the fantasy element, i have one with a more realistic take
on a victorian paris beauty and the beast retelling.

as the era is a time of high society of dukes and earls and plenty of drama
dealing in the machination of scandals and love affairs and political take down
how about a story of a Duke who has fallen into ruins, a man with a epitaph of
the 'Beast of Paris' for his scarred face. Betrayed in the past, which lead to
his current ruin, he seeks revenge and our Beauty is a daughter of a minor
family who somehow or another gets pull into his affairs.

thats the non fantasy one. for something more fantasy ish.. Im still thinking -w-;

I really like the idea of the non fantasy plot, its much better than anything that I could have thought of! Perhaps he takes beauty as part of his revenge against her family for something or other? Maybe he does it out of spite so that he doesn't have to be alone?

oh yeah thats good.
like her family was one of the few people who had a part in his ruin.
greed is always a powerful factor. like say maybe her father was a
gambler and was always in debt and because of it he was coerce into
doing something regrettable to the MC.

Beauty's father is in debt again and Beast use that to his advantages
and forces the man to give Beast his daughter to marry him, hoping
to ruin her. The whole what you treasure most, I shall take it away cliche.

Would they eventually fall in love yadda yadda yadda? Or do we just start and see where it leads?

Which character would you like to play? Myself I would prefer beauty but if you strongly want to be her I don't mind being the beast.
