We're thinking that out of the two real life weeks, by the second week you must make at least 10 posts at work. Any job will work like this.
Since by the time the first week is over, then it'll be noon. :3

That means my oc will be working at night or something right? When's the appropriate time for me to have my oc post at work, or can I post anytime I want? C:

Hmm...
I wouldn't worry about it too much right now. We're going to include it in the announcement on Sunday so that way everyone will know when they're needed to go to work, how long they do it, all that jazz. :3
For now you can post whenever you like if you're looking forward to it! ^-^

Like with Spazz, I'll lend you my idea form. If anything inspires you, then it's all yours. Everything can be converted to this guild, I'm sure.

How do we manadge the time right? since it's a two weeks- one RP day kind of thing, how are we sure that everyone's on the same monday?
Like right now it's sunday, but i'm not sure if that means it's the morning or the afternoon since everyone started at a different time.

Regardless, everyone will be on the same day. Think of it this way - it's just like people's sleeping habits. Everyone wakes up at a different time of the day, but no matter what, it's still Monday.
As for the actual time of day (AM or PM), you just kind of have to judge it. You can assume that the first week is sort of a "morning to afternoon" as for the second week is an "afternoon to night", then the day change happens and it happens all over again.
Week One: Morning to Afternoon. Week Two: Afternoon to Night. Day Change. (Next Day.) Repeat.

Correct! And don't worry, the day change is Guild-wide. So you'll definitely know when it's the next day.

Hello~ ^u^ So when it comes to Jobs... It's 10 posts a RP day... Right? So Would we have to post that many times even if no one else responds? neutral

Unfortunately, yes. It works exactly like it would in real life! You still have to make movements even though there are no customers!
But so long as the posts are 5 sentences long, we won't mind if you make a few "BS" short posts. ^-^

Like a nameless little old lady who comes in to try and sell her weird cat statues at random times? XD Haha~

Arillena >w< BS Short posts it is~ Is there a rule against BS interacting with an imaginary costumer? Like a nameless little old lady who comes in to try and sell her weird cat statues at random times? XD Haha~ Don't take this for gospel, 'cause I'm not in charge, but it's pretty much a given in every roleplay that there are NPCs. I'd be really surprised if you couldn't do that. I've been having my character interact with fake co-workers even, at work, and it's been really helpful. Oh! And also you'd have to have NPCs for if someone came into your place of employment while no OCs were working there. It's not like there wouldn't be anyone there.
