Question do you know what to do if the monster class has less than 20 levels? Force golems for example have only 4 levels listed so what would I do at 5th?

There are a few options. You could take levels in a different monster class if you take the feat at third level (But since your class has low level cap i will let you take another class without the feat) you could level up in a template or you could take regular Joe class levels.

Can we take an, regular Joe class[as you call it] in between monster levels?

I ask, cause one of the few I am looking at[depends on what the dice read to determine] is the Beholder. The Tyrant Magic, in short and simple way, says it stacks with arcane caster levels.
