ok that came out wrong. basically i have an idea for an UTAU which is the free third part software very similar to the Vocaloid voice synthesizer software. i need a character persona done for my already existing character melody so i can release her voicebank soon. and i have a concept for another one that believe or noti dreamt last night. the link to what i have for melody is here:
