The bracelets are in truth Inhibitor Rings to keep Rihans power under control while he sleeps. Being an illusionist Rihan needs insurance to make sure his powers don't spiral out of control. Otherwise,he wouldn't be able to distinguish reality from his own illusions.

Dk nodded "its feels like its been...eternities since I was last here" she said looking up at the sky, her eyes softened.
Sasha looks at her opponent waiting for her to make the first move.
The wind blew thru her short hair, she caught a familiar and lost scent that was blowing in the breeze. Her eyes narrowed "How is DK here? She died years ago!" she thought to herself
"Dk....A warning before we enter. There will be a time i will have to use my reaper powers again. I hope not soon but i hope you will do what you can to prevent that. Needless to say whats our attack plan?" Eclipse asked looking at her.

Kotetsu straightened herself regaining her composure as she raised her hand outward as a long Katana materialized in her hand as she gripped it and looked at Sasha with calm collected eyes and took a stance waiting for her chance to strike Sasha, Grey looked down as he sensed two familiar Ki's near one of the Kuzuryu which caused him to crack a smile as he was half tempted to go down there and fight them though he'll let the soldier's take care of that which reminded him that they needed to be alerted about the intruder,He then poked his neck striking a pressure point on his neck which would allow him to temporarily change his voice as long as he held his finger on the neck."Help, Intruders!"He said speaking in a different voice as he hoped that this would alert them,After had done this he would remove his finger from the pressure point and looked back at Kotetsu only to see her taking advantage of her surprisement as she quickly leaped at her and swung her sword as the wind seemed to give of a wailing sound as it was in motion.
Sasha moved extremely fast quickly dodging Kotetsu's attacks nimbly dodging by a few millimeters. Her staff quickly went for Kotetsu's feet as if to knock her off, and even if she jumped, she had a plan.
Dk heard the voice and growled immediately recognizing several auras "Grey is here. Of course he is." she sighed taking out her shield
She looked at Eclipse. "if you enter your reaper form for too long, it will consume you, like it did one of my friends, whom name was also 'Eclipse'. I will do what I can, maybe now I can.....reignite the twilight flame in me...." she said opening her hand, a black key appeared in her hand.
"dammit, its not strong enough to be revived yet." she then closed her hand, the key disappearing.
"knock out these people, I don't want any more twilight deaths unless there is no choice"
She then took out her sword and approached slowely.
"is that good with you Tenebrae?" she looked at him

Kotetsu waited for the right moment for the staff to reach her feet as she grabbed on to it and pulled forward allowing her to get closer towards Sasha however instead of attacking her she would perform a frontflip as she landed gently behind her as she elbowed Sasha's back so that she would gain distance between her and Sasha as she would spin counterclockwise raising her leg out and swing it at her as the built up momentum that she would carry from the spin would have enough strength to shatter bone, If Kotetsu attack missed she would then on the ground halting her momentum as she would quickly learn forward and slash at her.
Sasha wasn't surprised by Kotetsu's moves, she used the momentum to her own advantage, her free hand turning into a tiger's claw with razor sharp claws, she lunged digging her claws into Kotetsu's neck but not going in for a kill, she didn't wish this, she then moved her claws out of her neck and backed off.
Her other hand changed to a mix between a claw and a hand, she swong her staff down watching Kotetsu.

Kotetsu tensed a little once Sasha took the class out of her neck as she covered the wound to prevent her from bleeding out though she looked at Sasha giving her a glare for what she didn't do."You should have finished me off."She said as she moved her hand away from the wound that Sasha inflected to reveal that the wound was almost done regenerating thanks to the use of Ki though she rubbed her neck as if the pain still resided, Then blood would start to flow from Sasha's shoulder since she didn't dodge her attack as she left and long thin slash starting from her right shoulder to the beginning of her right breast as the damage was minimized since she came closer towards the blade."Hybrids can transform parts of their limbs to become stronger."She said knowing what a Hybrid is and what their capable of as well as their weakness, Once the wound finished healing she would grab the hilt of her Katana with both hands as she straightened the blade as pointed outwards towards Sasha as the air suddenly felt different as it became much more tense as Kotetsu set up a Seikūken which created a invisible intangible done like barrier around her which would allow her to neutralize any attack that enters her Seikūken."Come..."
