I can think of a way to counter it, but, by using Roy and Marth, kinda difficult, even though their sowrds could reach Jiggly without ever being TOO close too it.

I tried using Fox, the laser works, but then Jiggly ducks! xp So, I "improvised", instead, I jump directly at it, then as I land, Dpress down + A (drill) , which hits it for about 1-2 secs, then press down+b, which activates the shield, which then blkows Jiggly away for about a couple of secs, and then the whole thing starts back all over again, it's just predictable and easy to dodge. sweatdrop

Hmm.. actually, now that I think about it, Pichu/Pikachu and Ganondorf would fair against it pretty well too, Pichu/Pikachu can shock it a bit as a distraction, then you just jump in and start using Smash attacks, and Gan ondorf is pretty strong, strong enough to KO jJigglypuff in a couple of Smash attacks.

Not to mention that Roy can KO Jiggly while the puff ball has LESS then 10% damage, all because of his Up-B.

Oh and another fun fact is when Jiggly's shield breaks she just gets KO'd in levels like Final Destination, she doesn't even have to have a single % of damage.
While Kirby survives it easely xp .

...Interesting fact, didn't know that. Well, I never really got accustomed to using Kirby, or Jigglypuff, or Mario, or DK, or any of the characters except for Marth, Roy, Young Link, Link, Falco, and Fox. >>; I so need to start training in SSBM again, I gotta get ready to face my friends at the end of the school year. ^^;

You sure it's his Up B? I have never seen anyone KO any character, under 10%, with that rising flaming sword. I have seen a 1-hit KO, under 10%, using just the B move.

Yeah its Roy's Up B, but you don't want to hit full on, but just graze the puff ball, though where exactly I dunno yet, I think it was from the top of the body.
I'll try it out later today.

I have played with all chars and ofcourse against them all aswell.
But my main chars. aren't changing for now: Roy, Kirby, Samus and Ganondorf.
Though I'm contemplating on using Captain Falcon.

((Oh and Arthur, I played against a level 9 Jiggly with 10 lives and normal settings (so not that it would be harder or easier to kill your opponent.) and I only gave the puff ball a total of 77% of damage after I killed it 10 times.
How you ask, simple, by the Up B move.
And I can actually use it when fighting so its a good move.

I'll try to explain a bit further on what I wrote in my previous post, what was correct.
(I'll explain it on how I did it in Training Mode.)
The best way that I found to make sure that I could kill the puff ball was by standing beside the puff ball, but not against it (I could easely keep half or 3/4th of a puff ball away from the puff ball I wanted to attack) and be sure that you are FACING the puff ball, then use your Up B, BUT! (yes there is a but) when you do the Up B inmediatly steer away from the puff ball!
So if the puff ball would be standing to Roy's left, then Roy would be facing LEFT and he would do his Up B move to the RIGHT and then you'd graze the puff ball, sending it flying with only 2/3/4/5 % damage IF done correctly.
The best part is that you can do it while running to so in the heat of a battle (1 on 1 preferably) it would be devestating to every puff ball, and also in the air it it possible, though I haven't tested that out fully.

I hereby call this move: Roy's Flaming Graze.

And you can use this somewhat on G&W and Pichu too, only you need to hit them when they are already in the air or they will survive, so I have done that with doing Up B twice.
First to launch them into the air and the second while Roy jumps toward them and then graze them while being airborn, killing them between the 5/6/7/8 % Damage.
Not bad huh? cool .

I wonder if I'm the first one to discover this move, Maybe I should go on smashboards to investigate this...))

To think I BARELY beat event 51 with jigglypuff (yes that weak a** pokemon). All I did was get close and use the nap thing it does.It took over 50 times, but I did it cool
Link,and Falco kick a** though

Yepz,I know what you're talking, that close ranged Nap Thing is annoying, >>; It creates a huge fire thing, ugh, I hate it. But it's fun to use if you're NOT against it. blaugh

I still need to see if I can counter that attack with Roy and Marth 3nodding .

I cant counter that attack i just dodge it. sweatdrop

And its true and tested By: Roy Were-ForUniMare.... ME! cool
Meaning that Roy's Flaming Graze is MY Discovered move (unless somone on Smashboards has claimed it already >.<).
And ofcourse the people who created the game are the original creators of that move just like all the other moves in teh game cool .

Probably will depend on what difficulty you are playing against him?
