kalenakeeper She expelled a lot of her energy to bring back Eclipse's heart, and Melxar
"Eclipse..." Kalena said starting to look normal again, normal being her forme back at the academy
"really....dont fail....the twilight and light guardians inside me are reluctant, however the darkness guardian thinks you will fail...please...dont fail...."
some tears were falling out of her eyes. The huge flux of power returned to her making her lose her academy form and back to the guardians form. Eric tried to get to her "Grandma..." She gently let her hands down for Yumi and Eric to grab onto just before the barrier came which went thru her so Eric and Yumi, along with her hands, were behidn the barrier, while the rest of her was inside the battle zone. Yumi took a tight hold of her grandmothers hand, as well as Erics hand.

 Eclipse opened his eyes and there stood Mexlar before him. "Long time no see.I made a mistake destroying you...but i won't make it again.""Of course. Shall we?" Mexlar said as whips appeared in his hands at the same time as Eclipse's keyblade.

Mexlar made the first move and sent his whip into the ground and just before the pillar came up under him, Eclipse jumped high into the air forward and came down on Mexlar with his keyblade. Mexlar blocked it just as Eclipse sent a flurry a blows at him. Eclipse then realized. "I...can't enter my Heartless mode here. Well there's the downside." He said to himself as he fought.

Her eyes changed from pink to almost black and allowed for Eclipse only to enter into his heartless forme.
Her eyes changed back to pink.
X started to crawl towards Kalena when she felt something yanking on her neck.
"Eclipse....the gates are still open...."She tried to stay but she was yanked back.
"im sorry" she said in a sad voice.

Her eyes changed back to pink. Yumi stopped paying attention to what was going on in favor of her own thoughts. She had a feeling that if she came here again she might find some sort of clue as to what really happened to her mother and aunt. It could just be a stupid childs whim though, she thought to herself. She shuddered, feeling the darkness that remained in her heart grow a little stronger. Will my brother and grandmothers magic be strong enough to hold me here long enough to find mom and dad? Or am i going to run out of time? There HAS to be a way to fight this. Her grip tightened on Erics hand as she nodded to herself. I will get stronger. Not just for myself. But for my family too, she decided.

She quickly turned away and wiped a single traitorous tear off her face before they could see it.

Eric looked to Yumi trying not to cry as well "I was there....when they were taken from this plane" Yumi nodded and walked away from them. She wasnt really paying attention to where she was going, just enough so that she wouldnt run into anything. She stopped when she reached a large bit of what appeared to be some rubble from a broken down building and leaned against it. She closed her eyes and tried to shut out the images that seemed to almost be tauting her. I refuse to allow this to take over. I refuse, she thought again and again.

She felt Yumi crying behind her. She closed her eyes and in a moment, she had seperated her soul from her body and had her hand on Yumi's shoulder
"we will get them back, I promise"

Eclipse saw X disappear just before Mexlar came at him again with his whip. He blocked and sent ultima's Mexlar's way but were dodged.

The light inside Kingdom Hearts started to fade while the fight was going on.
The gates opened a little bit then closed when a girl walked in being supported by one of the same tendrils that held Eclipse until he got in here.
X was the one who walked thru the door. She looked a bit happy now.
"Dont let him beat you, Eclipse! I made a promise to help you, im keeping that promise" she said in a upbeat voice.

Eclipse nodded and sent another flurry of attacks at Mexlar and he was lossing his foot trying to deflect it all. Eclipse then lundged in and for the final hit instead a using his keyblade and punched Mexlar onto his back. He then kneeled over Mexlar. "We don't need to fight you know.""I know that but its fun either way. You know?"
