and even though he did not have any children....only an adopted son...I was told I was related to stone wall jacksons son

According to the goverement y great great grandmother never existed due to the fact her records burned in a fire. So my family just magically appeared. rofl

Even though my family has fought in every major American war from WWI through Enduring Freedom (excluding Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom) we've never had a one of us die in combat. Usually later, old and cranky =P
