I'm reading The Iliad by Homer. It's rather dry in quite a few spots, but it's very good.

Let Me Live WhiteWingtip I would be reading Inheritance by Chris Paolini.... but I'm broke ;_; I'm rereading World War Z for the fourth time. It's actually brilliantly written, which I think some people overlook just because it's about zombies. Technically, though, it's about so much more than that.
If you can't afford Inheritance ($27.99 hardcover), might I suggest buying it as an ebook ($13.99)? If you buy it at bamm.com (Books-A-Million), you can keep it in a 'virtual library' and read it on your computer. (You don't need an eReader.)I got it for Christmas and finished it already razz Reading Milton now. 200 lines at a time. Woo~

The Red Room by Nicci French. I love their style and stories, but apparently this book is part of a series. So now I really want to read the other parts as well..

Roxy Hazard World War Z. No clue who wrote it haha. It was Max Brooks I believe, I'm reading it too, I'm just over half way through and to be honest I've loved every minute of it. I'm sure I heard somewhere that they're making a movie of World War Z, but it doesn't seem like it'd follow the book much. I'm sure someone said Brad Pitt was starring in it.

I've switched from The Iliad to 11/22/63 by Stephen King. But now that I'm back in school, there's not much time for reading for leisure.

Nevada by Josh Porter, great read, I'd recommend it if you can stomach Kurt Vonnegut or Chuck Palahniuk

I was thinking of starting the Hunger Games series because I've never read them, and I heard of them through all the hype spreading around because of the movie coming out. Has anyone here read the first book before? Is is really all that good? Can anyone tell me what it's about, basically? I was thinking of waiting for the excitement of the movie to pass to read it, because I don't like being one who follows mind-less fads... As I did when I read the Twilight books when the first movie came out. sweatdrop
