Funklepuss matrix2011 Funklepuss lppurplegirl11 Funklepuss Contact isn't always needed. - I think. Was the other puppy who died brother or sister from yours? Or like Gabrielle says, maybe the puppy ate something that wasn't supposed to be for puppies. Yes, it was his brother Talk to the breeder about it. Like Gabrielle said. Could've taken him straight away to the vet as well. I'm sure they have an emergency number. - Too late for that now tho. stare Really Funklepuss? Was that necessary? *shakes head* Anyway, responding to the OP... was he eating normally and having regular bowel movements? Maybe I shouldn't have said that, but If my cat behaved like that, panting, etc. I would drive it right away to the vet. Instead of trying to fix it Myself. Fair enough, but there are more mature ways of getting that across.

Not trying to butt in other people's business, but I have noticed that a lot of members in this guild are minors and depend on their parents, this being said yes going to the vet when your animal is acting weird is smart and the best thing to do instead of asking people around on the internet. But sometimes they don't have a choice, sometimes parents will not take the animal to the vet and this is why they are asking here.
A bad pet owner wouldn't care either way if there pet died or not, and they wouldn't bother with asking others. At least they made the effort to post here. At least they try to find an answer.
Arguing and saying "oh go to a vet" or "that's what happens when you don't go to a vet" just makes people feel like crap. Plus is makes the members afraid to post. I know if my babies were sick I wouldn't ask for help here, I'm afraid that I'd get flamed, so I just go to petMD along with calling a vet. Some of my friends feel the same. =/
Not trying to stir up trouble but...

I don't think I was flaming her, but that is my opinion. I offered her options first and then said that whole vet thing. confused As in "Next time you know to go to the vet". And I don't think her parents had anything to do about it. But as I said before I could have said it in another way.
And afraid you'd get flamed? Then gaia is the wrong place for you.
A side note - I haven't seen people here flaming anyone.
I'm not trying to cause trouble on anything. Just clearing things out.
