Personality: Himeros never seems to take anything too seriously, least of all, 'love.' Of course, 'love' for Himeros tends to last no longer than a single night in most cases, before it's on to the next target. He's an incurable scoundrel, always stirring up trouble with the excuse of relieving boredom.

For Himeros, it's all about the pursuit of the next pleasurable endeavor. You strive and lust after something or someone, until you attain it, then if it no longer fascinates you, you move on to the next thing that does. He will never be satisfied, nor settle down to what he would dub a mundane existence. Maybe he enjoys this lifestyle...or perhaps, he cannot help his own nature.

The truth is, much of the happy-go-lucky lifestyle is an effort. His very existence is a curse, to never be satisfied, to never attain what he desires. Nothing is ever enough. Even if he'd like to 'settle', he can't. He has accepted this as his lot in life, hence the jovial front as he tries to make the most of what he has. One should not mistake his light-hearted behavior for foolishness, for if pushed by the right stimuli, one may see the darker, crueler god beneath the warmth.

Himeros' Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Erote Invasion - Venus, Goddess of Love, discovers Telrunya and its untapped population of potential worshippers and decides to set up a temple on the Isle and bring her retinue along for the ride. Himeros, being a good son, at least most of the time, follows obediently along, and happily discovered that there were quite a few things he liked about this new following as well. Such pretty, lovely Pae...all over the Isle...
  • Bringing Love to the Masses - Year after year, at the same time, as winter gave way to spring, Venus held a celebration in her temple so that the Pae'il of the Isle could come offer her gifts and tribute. Oh, and to celebrate love, of course. Himeros and his siblings found their own way to amuse themselves, usually causing some form of chaos with their magical arrows that would have to be sorted out with the confused new 'couples' afterwards. It was all in the name of spreading love though, of course.
  • Karma's a b***h - The party got a little more out of hand than usual one year. Himeros didn't even know that he and his fellow Erotes could be affected by their own arrows. And whatever had been wrong with Pothos that year, he didn't think had been from their arrows. Maybe the kid finally just snapped. It was an eventful party to say the least...though he was somewhat disbelieving when he was told that of the strange babies that had been delivered to their new parents following the party...he and Pothos had been determined to be the parents of three little girls. What...?
  • Why Do You Torment Me? - For whatever reason, Himeros' sister, Aglaia, decided not only to move to the Isle with the mortals, but move in with some of them?!? She became an aunt to one of the children that Himeros was told that he'd fathered in the latest V-Day celebration in Mother's temple. Himeros didn't understand her fascination with the odd mortals, nor why she kept trying to lecture him on his 'responsibility' to the kid and other mortal nonsense. What had gotten into her? She didn't seem to get bored of her new pastime, raising the child, named Lust, to think much the same way regarding her 'negligent deity father'. Really? This is why he only visited the crazy mortals from time to time. They had strange ideas. Still, the pair, as well as the child's other father, were relentless, taking each opportunity that he visited the Isle to lecture, bad-mouth, and otherwise harass the God of Lust. With time, he withdrew from the Isle completely for a long time, seeking solace in the Deity realm of Dolandor.
  • Revelations - About the time the pair that had hounded him for so long got what was coming to them, Himeros learned that they shouldn't even have been his problem to begin with. His sister, Harmonia's return was coupled with the revelation that it was in fact her transgressions with the Faun mortal that had resulted in the bratty child...who seemed vastly different now. Himeros, irritated that Harmonia left him with her mess for so long left her to deal with them now, returning to his antics with the more entertaining mortals on the Isle.
  • Venus' Engagement - Celebrations abounded, everyone gathering together to honor Venus and shower her with gifts for her engagement. Of course, Eris wasn't invited. Not that that stopped her from showing up, as well as bring a few uninvited guests with her. Venus mysteriously vanished from the party shortly before Eris revealed herself and the fearsome Naga, snake-like Pae'il, who attacked the party-goers and chased everyone away, taking over the Temple. Worse, Venus remained missing.
  • Battle for the Temple - After a year of searching with no results, Venus' children and supporters rallied together in an effort to take back the Temple from the infestation of Naga. The battle was harsh, but by the end, the snakes were beaten, Venus had returned, and the remaining invaders were sentenced to the catacombs below. A celebration was held after the Temple cleaned and repaired. During the party, the Empress of the Angwi Clan made her escape. Above, the party quickly turned to tragedy as Venus' fiance, Adonis, staggered into the party filled with arrows and died in the goddess' arms. Taking advantage of the chaos above, Nadira freed the Naga Emperor and her children and fled into Dragnid Forest. The question remains...who murdered Adonis?

  • Hello Ladies! - Himeros could never say 'no' to a pretty face...doesn't necessarily have to female either. He's always looking for the next 'conquest', never sated, never satisfied. And if he leaves a trail of broken hearts in his wake, it's all part of the game. To say nothing of illegitimate spawn...oh, but those are TOTALLY not his...

Artemis' Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • My Herd, My Family - Having discovered the scattered, lost acorns of Laisidhiel, the Goddess of the Hunt was surprised to learn that creatures lived within. Upon 'hatching' she adopted them as her 'children', also donning a similar form for herself to remain in the mortal realm and raise these lost children as her own 'herd'. These wild Faun brethren, as well as their deity leader, were to feel the Call to Laisidhiel sent out by Chieftain Rais, and curious, followed it to its source.
  • My Work Here Is Done - Following this calling of the lost wild Faun to their ancestral home, Artemis was left without her family herd. While she was glad to see them back amongst their own kind and settling in happily, she could not remain as well. It went against her nature, both as a deity, and as the goddess of the hunt...and so, she returned to her roaming, making visits between the forests of Telrunya, and her true home on Dolandor, Isle of the Gods.
  • Dammit, Iordanes! - Artemis really should have known better than to accept an invitation to one of Venus' parties. Her and her accursed children and their arrows! The trouble of dealing with a poor infatuated mortal was bad enough, but...but...to be turned into...a man?!? Venus would pay for this insult...as would that nymph-bonded child of hers...
  • Progeny - With time, Artemis' anger was tempered by the surprising maternal joy she found in her new half-deity daughters. She spent time teaching them the art of archery, the joy of the hunt, the ways of the forest and the wild. Silvana seemed to take to her lessons particularly well, she noticed, and seemed rather partial to the forest, even when offered the choice to return to Dolandor instead. The child preferred the mortal wilds of the Isle. Perhaps, not such a bad choice.
  • Almost Forgiven - Against better judgment, she thought...Artemis accepted a later invitation to another of Venus' events, this time as the judge of a dancing contest. More on her guard this time, however, the goddess had to admit, this contest seemed less of a disaster and, Dolandor help her, she may have actually enjoyed herself and considered forgiving Venus for the humiliation of the year prior. Then, the after-contest dance turned to hell. When Eris' arrival and 'game' put many of the mortal couples in danger, Artemis spent the night with the other deity, rescuing what mortals they could reach from the labyrinth before any more damage could be done.
  • Venus' Engagement - Venus' engagement party saw the return of Eris with some extra uninvited guests: Tainted Naga, or snake-like Pae'il. Taken by surprise, it was all the deity could do to get the mortals out safely. Worse, Venus was missing.
  • Dangers in the Quiet Woods - Her daughter's panicked Mellon had brought the Goddess of the Hunt to the Quiet Woods that she patrolled. Something of an attack...and she found her daughter, Silvana, fallen and nearly turned completely to crystal in an area of forest showing clear signs of battle to her trained eye. If not for her, the fairies of the Healing House told her, it may have been too late to save the demi-goddess from total petrification. A normal Pae'il wouldn't have had a chance. Artemis confronted the Chieftain of the Faun as it was supposed to be his responsibility to watch over those sworn to the Tree, but learned the Faun had been facing other difficulties in the attack on their home. She could promise nothing, as she had some business to take care of first, but possibly if all went well, the goddess might return to provide some additional security to the Tree for a short time. As it were, her daughter would be finishing her recovery there.
  • Battle for the Temple - The deity and mortal supporters of Venus banded together to purge the Naga infestation from the Temple. After a long, hard battle, Venus' side emerged victorious and the goddess returned to power. The celebrations were cut short when Adonis staggered into the ballroom full of arrows and died from his injuries. A short time before, Artemis had slipped into the party to deliver a terse message to Venus, then left again. What was it that she and the Goddess of Love had talked about?


Future Plans & Plots
  • Greetings My Wild Brethren - Now without her retinue to accompany her, Artemis is feeling a bit lonely. However, amongst these new Pae'il, she's heard of types called 'Wild Souls' with whom she may share kinship. She's seeking out any 'Wild Soul' Pae'il to meet them and possibly form new connections with these wild brethren.

Personality: Embodying the very spirit of Earth, Rais can be very stubborn and unmovable. He's rooted deeply in tradition, and will not easily stray from the ways that he has held sacred for so long. On the other hand, he will do anything to protect his people, and can be depended upon to stand up and lead the charge when the time calls for it. It may take some effort to get him moving, but once he has, he's a near unstoppable force.

Fatal Flaw: Driven by desire to ensure the survival of his people and their traditions, even if he must sometimes take drastic measures to protect them from themselves.

Weapon: Brute strength and he can cause earthquakes with his hooves.

Rais' Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Life Begins Anew - The ancient hero Arda reborn, Rais was the first of the current generation of Faun to be born from another Faun, Earthmother. He was raised and sculpted to become their leader once more, taking over the job of ruling over the Faun and protecting their traditions and way of life, maintained by his mother alone for so many years. He grew up with the first new acorns from Laisidhiel in hundreds of years, taking his place as their rightful leader once he was fully grown and ready to take on his mantle once more.
  • Laisidhiel's Return - Having floated nearby, yet hidden, for hundreds of years, Laisidhiel had been forgotten by the rest of Telrunya's residents. However, when the Isle began to fall from the sky, the Great Tree was pulled alongside. Telrunya itself crashed into the sea, causing much collateral damage, and yet, by some miracle, the residents were spared. Laisidhiel settled in a more gentle fashion alongside...however, the trip wasn't entirely smooth. Some acorns had not been able to be secured during the descent, and the rough landing caused some to be shaken from Laisidhiel's highest branches, landing scattered upon the main Isle. One brave little Faun child named Faroth noticed their loss and attempted to journey out and retrieve the lost acorns before their disappearance was noticed. While he may have failed to do so, instead, Rais made his own journey to the Isle to discover the truth, once more exposing the existence of the Faun Pae'il to the rest of the Isle.
  • Welcome Home, Brothers (and Sisters) - The Faun had returned to the Isle and flourished, and the time had come for important matters to be settled. Rais sent out a call to every Faun, reaching them far and wide, and drawing any with a connection to the Tree to its halls. It was time to select his Council, among them, the reborn brothers of his original Inner Circle, Arda's most trusted friends and companions. It seemed that his call reached not only the residents of Laisidhiel and surrounding areas on the Isle, but a deity by the name of Artemis, and her herd made up of 'wild' Faun brethren; lost acorns that she had found and raised as a family. These wild brethren were eagerly welcomed home again, and the ceremony to find the new Council began. Afterwards, Rais was surprised by an announcement from Earthmother, stating that it was also time to find a wife for her son. The female Faun present were subjected to a number of trials to see who would prove to be the best candidate for her son. After the grueling trials were finished, three Faunesses were left, any one an excellent candidate. But at this point, the choice came down to Rais, who chose to propose to Belvah, one of the new arrivals. She accepted, and plans began for their wedding.
  • Fireside Warnings - Following the calling, Rais, Earthmother, and the chosen Council were invited to a fireside induction ceremony, as well as any other Faun who wished to be witness. At the ceremony, not only were the Council given their titles and vestments of their new positions, but all present were witness to the story of their history, told by Earthmother in true storyteller fashion. It spoke of an ancient war, how their people were nearly wiped out by the Blood Pae'il, a prophecy, and a warning of possible events to come. They were to prepare for war; and to hope that it never came.
  • Family From a Foreign Land - Whispers on the wind, and an excited message from Laisidhiel herself. They're coming home. Unsure at first what this meant, Rais attempted to prepare for anything, sending out scouts for first word of what was coming exactly. Seems his mother and the Seer figured it out first, judging by the smiles they had shared, Earthmother bustling off with word to prepare a grand, celebratory feast. She was correct, of course, as proven by the mass arrival of a large number of Faun brethren; though their appearance varied greatly from the Faun of Laisidhiel. They called themselves "Ponies", and had come from a matriarchal kingdom in a foreign land far away. Driven from their home by an encroaching evil and their own waning magic, they had followed a mysterious calling to the Isle, eventually to Laisidhiel itself. They were welcomed as lost kin, Laisidhiel to be their new home and it seemed to be a general consensus to change the way they referred to themselves in response: Faunies.
  • Growing Suspicions - While all were welcome at first to visit the Tree, as certain events unfolded, Rais revoked that privilege from any but the Faun and those sworn to serve Laisidhiel. Bad omens and warnings from the new Seer's visions had created an ominous feeling at the back of one's mind long before the signs began to manifest in other methods. Strange, twisted creatures emerging from the dark forest to the south; suspicious Blood Pae'il teenagers, seeming to fight these creatures, but...perhaps they had summoned them instead. It was hard not to be suspicious after one of them had threatened to attack the Seer, alone near the Tree one evening. Meditation and seeking out visions of his past life had given Rais enough personal knowledge of history to hold a natural suspicion of these Blood Pae'il. They had proven deceptive before. Only time would tell for sure, but for now, he would keep a close eye on any of them that dared come near the Tree or his people. All were under his protection.
  • Divorce - Seasons of unaddressed issues come to a head when Belvah visited her husband in his office one evening. They had tried to make their marriage work, but after all this time, they still hadn't really connected. A number of failed/false pregnancies had called into question Belvah's ability to produce a viable heir. The recent business with encouraging Princess Celestia to give her accidental marriage a try seemed to be the final straw for Rais as proof that Belvah wasn't suited for the responsibilities that came with the role of being his wife. Agreeing that it simple wasn't going to work out, the two arrange for their divorce.
  • Attack! - A fiery explosion rocked the Great Tree, opening a gaping hole at the back and shaking every Faun in existence to their core with the pain. The culprit was discovered to be a Blood Pae; a demon from the City named Raken, now being celebrated as a hero there for his heinous act. Recovery efforts are focused first, repairing some of the damage and taking care of the injured. Afterwards, security is locked down on the Tree and a curfew put into effect. Though the punishment for breaking mandated rules was lax in the past, now the stakes are higher and the change means that at the risk of seeming harsh, the Chieftain and Circle must enforce the rules to keep every Faun safe.


Future Plans & Plots
  • Raising an Army - Hostilities have reached a new high with the blatant attack on the Tree by the Blood Pae. For now the Faun have withdrawn to rebuild and repair, but perhaps it's time to prepare for counter-measures.

  • Metal Bending - Elyta can shape metal with her bare hands. However, the strength of the metal she shapes determines both how much energy she must use to shape it, as well as how brittle or warped it might become if not handled expertly. (i.e. Stronger metals and alloys would take more effort and hold more risk for being ruined in the process.)
  • Healing Song - Like the nightingale in the fable, Elyta can heal injuries and sickness with the sound of her voice when she sings, affecting all who can hear it.
Faction Abilities
  • Strong Magic Shield - Provides temporary cover from assault, in addition to providing some effective camouflage.
  • Magic Volley - Creates several, small, concentrated magic orbs that explode upon impact, causing mild damage and knocking opponents back. Limit of 3 uses in any battle and can easily be countered by other Factions' shields.
  • Apparate - Elyta can transport herself to any other location provided she has been there before and can clearly see it in her mind's eye. Time of day or light conditions do not apply.

Elyta's Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Locomotion - With no memory of anything before, the mechanical-winged Fae had lived all her adult life in the City. Perhaps it was her wings, but she always seemed to draw stares wherever she went. Uncomfortable, she moved herself to the Isle below, settling in the Ithyl Forest. She still needed supplies for her experiments with locomotion though...so she visited the City from time to time, keeping to herself otherwise down on the Isle.
  • Like Minds - A doomed prototype seemed destined instead to lead her to a new source of inspiration in the form of an odd inventor Faun named Cosworth. Fascinated with engines in the way she was fascinated with movement, the Faun connected quickly with Elyta, speaking their own language, exchanging ideas and theories, signaling the start of a beautiful scientific partnership.


Future Plans & Plots
  • Mad Science - Teaming up with the Faun named Cosworth, a whole plethora of new experimental devices is likely to result. Hopefully, the Isle is ready for what's to come.
  • Wings of Metal - Normally so chipper and positive, Elyta seems to get rather protective if anyone gets too close to her wings. It's not easy when you don't have 'normal' flesh and blood wings like other flying Pae.

Personality: Intense in training, intense at rest. If she ever truly is 'at rest.' Whether she truly is as cold as others believe, or if there's something hidden beneath that, few can say. It's hard to get to know the driven Squire...but not impossible. You've got to prove yourself determined, stubborn enough not to give up or be driven away by her actions, and worthy of the time...and perhaps you may see.

Lailah is a perfectionist, driven to keep pushing herself to her limits and beyond the name of improving her skills. She does get frustrated when things don't come as easily to her, which is why she focuses more on the physical aspect of training over the magical and spiritual. Frustration and anxiety are distractions from her goals, and while she still wrestles with these faults, she has found methods to regain her focus when it falters.

Though she may struggle more with the spiritual side of her training, let no one say it reflects upon her devotion to the Guardians. It's simply another test they have given her to overcome. She has slowly come to accept that there is no way she can possibly be the best in every aspect of their training, and that she has her strengths, as her comrades have theirs. But, that won't stop her from trying, nor from driving some of her companions to push their limits as well. She's slowly learning to accept that she can't only depend on herself for everything and that she must learn to trust her companions as well...even if she has to push them along the way.

She does still hold some reservations about some of her companions' pacifist natures. Though the teachings of their mentors, in hand with her own experiences, have lead her to understand that violence is not always the solution to every problem, she still knows that times may come when such things are necessary to preserve peace and the proper way of life. When those times come, she knows that she, at least, will not waver or falter to do what needs to be done.

  • Light Grenade - Lailah can draw the light from an area to form an orb in her hands. She then has a short time to either carefully hide the light, or throw it, 'causing the volatile orb to explode like a flash grenade.
Faction (Squire/Knight) Abilities
  • Cleanse - A spell to cleanse taint, but with limits.
    - Note: A pae can only fully cleanse another pae that is one stage (or more) younger. In order to cleanse beasts or Pae'il of equal age (same stage), they have to weaken them first by battling. Players of tainted Pae'il do have the right to refuse cleansing.
  • Holy Aegis - A self-protecting shield that will deflect one attack per battle. If the attacker is a stage older, it will only deflect half the damage.
  • Light Lance - A sharp and focused beam of light that can be fired from a weapon and pierce magical barriers. It will harm whoever is behind the barrier, but not destroy the barrier. It will take all Holy Knight's concentrating their Light Lance together to weaken a magical barrier enough to break through. (as adults. Teens are half-strength)
  • Pure Light - A simple healing spell that will heal minor damage and restore some energy. Can be used on anyone, and will act as a damaging spell if cast on a member of the Dark faction.

Lailah's Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Chosen - A golden-eyed child, born to Guardian faithful Pae'il of the City; marked as Chosen and taken to be raised and receive special training as one of the Squires of the Order of Light, in line to possibly become a Knight in service of the Guardians and a leader of the Guardian-faithful angels and demons of Telrunya.
  • Tragedy Strikes - Children will always push limits, theirs and the ones put upon them by adults. Of course, sometimes we see why those limits exist for a reason. Even though no harm was meant, a childish challenge went too far and tragedy struck the castle. It was only supposed to be a race across the castle pond. Who would have predicted that one of them would get muscle cramps halfway across? Lailah could have gone back for him...but instead, she'd frozen on the other shore, completely blanking on what to do. The number of children being raised in the castle as Squires was reduced that day...and few of the children looked at Lailah the same again without their gazes being touched by fear or disgust.
  • Withdrawl - Lailah pulled away from the other children, throwing herself into training with an intense fervor, becoming more distant and cold, focusing more on her training and less on her comrades. She had frozen with indecision once...and someone had paid the price for it. She poured her focus into her physical training with the belief that if anything like that ever happened again, she'd be able to react without thinking rather than freezing up.
  • Classes Begin - Raised in the castle, the Squires training did not begin in official status until they had grown into teenagers. History, Magic, Fighting, and Knight Training were drilled into their heads and their bodies, some taking to certain classes more than others. Lailah excelled with the fighting training with Master Hania, but the other classes...took a bit more work.
  • Blades - A chance meeting with a hunter demon on the Isle captured Lailah's attention. The tiger-like demon fascinated her and in following him, she witnessed the efficient hunting technique he possessed as well as the swift process of cleaning the kill using a simple hunting knife. This deadly hunter influenced her decision on the choice of her preferred weapon, a pair of short fighting daggers.
  • Dealings with Faun - It was foolish to confront one of the heretics alone, she realized that afterward. Her curiosity had gotten the better of her, she needed to see what they were really like. She just...got a bit carried away. The witch seemed to know more than she let on, disturbing the young Squire and dispelling the growing hostility when she fled. It was not her only path crossing with the Faun. She ended up meeting a pair while hunting corrupt Dragnid insects with Harveer, reluctantly joining forces temporarily to take the creatures down. Her goal certainly hadn't been to rescue heretics, but she took careful note of the danger of their hooves when kicking during the scuffle.
  • Tainted Water - Sent to investigate reports of strange occurrences in the swampy area of the Isle, the small group of Squires find something even more interesting: what appears to be the self-proclaimed Queen of the Naiad heretics. Accompanied by only one other, this seems to be a gifted opportunity from the Guardians...but things soon go horribly wrong as corrupted roots come to life and attack the Squires. Did the Naiad Queen do this? The pair of water-dwellers escape, leaving the Squires to deal with the roots alone. Lailah is the first snagged by the hostile roots, not realizing that her hostile thoughts and negative emotions had drawn their attention. They seemed determined to drag her under and drown her, but the quick and dynamic actions of her fellows saved not only her, but one another as the roots turned on them as well. Only with teamwork did they escape the swamp with only minor injuries and for the first time in a long time, Lailah had her eyes opened that perhaps...just perhaps...there might be something to this teamwork thing. A couple of her companions especially had drawn her attention.

Personality: Lugh's life is simple, and he likes it that way. The autumn angel spends much of his time tending his garden, a sizable collection of autumnal crops, such as pumpkins, gourds, cabbage, carrots, pears, and even some wild mushrooms scattered at the edges. A quiet Pae who prefers to keep his silence in most situations, he has been mistaken for being cold and unfriendly, but he really is a nice enough person; at least, as long as you're not mistreating his garden in some way.

Lugh's Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Simple Life - A mostly-solitary Angel, Lugh was content to stake out a section of land, build a modest home to keep him warm and dry when the weather turned foul, and use the rest of his time tending the land to see what he could help it produce. Even when the storm made a complete shambles of all his hard work, he set about the cleanup with the mindset that he'd clean up, start over, and it would be better than before. His farm was all he had or needed. Or so he thought, until the day a shy Naiad stumbled into his life. An odd occurrence this far from the lake or ocean to be sure, more so when he found out that she was a Naiad...who didn't like the water, well, that had to top all, didn't it? Still, Lillison showed an interest in his garden, even as bare as it was now, and soon the Angel found himself chattering amiably about his interests to the aquatic Pae'il as if he could speak all day without stopping. It was a pleasant change to have someone around who shared his interest, if not his knowledge.
  • Lost in the Labyrinth - It all started with the best of intentions, honestly. While Lillison's visits provided pleasant company and discussion topics while working, Lugh was aware that they weren't the most social Pae. So, when Lillison suggested that they might check out a social event being held elsewhere on the Isle, Lugh thought it might be a nice change of pace. Something to try once, at least. Everything had started well enough (after some initial hesitation regarding the large crowd gathered, but both had made it inside successfully), but things swiftly turned to trouble with the arrival of a deity named Eris. Most of the dance couples were transported to a magical labyrinth, tasked with finding their way out again. In fact, Lugh and Lillison had done so rather quickly, with the help of a magical, golden key found that teleported them back to the safety of the ballroom. Eris, however, wasn't having any of this. The powerful entity pulled some of the couples back into the maze, Lugh and Lillison among them. They had to once more find their way out, but what they found this time was trouble and lots of it. Voluptas, Goddess of Seduction and enthralled by Eris, blocked their escape. She used her abilities to seduce Lugh, bringing him under her power and controlling his actions, leaving Lillison to save them both. With the aid of some magical lipstick and a kiss, Lillison managed to bring Lugh under her control instead, but before they could deal with Voluptas, the angry mother Harpy, Shakira, interrupted their fight with her fury at losing her precious eggs. Before any further harm could befall the pair, they were rescued by Venus's magic, and all ill effects from the maze, including the influence over Lugh's mind and actions, were nullified. All parties made it home mostly unharmed, if dazed and shaken by the evening's events.

Personality: Thrust into responsibility very early on, Danya's always harbored a slight sense of resentment. Not many children have to take care of their fathers, but circumstances placed that responsibility on him when the bond between his parents was broken. Danya's Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Less Than Ideal - Despite his father's best efforts, the boys' childhood was less than ideal. As they grew, it became clear that they would never have the perfect family. When they were fully grown, Danya and his father, Melek, moved back out of the house and in with his adoptive mother, Takeko. Diona came seeking a divorce, which Melek willingly agreed to. Though, he was never quite the same afterward and Melek eventually fell to Danya's care.
  • My Father's Keeper - Frustrated with being his father's caretaker following the divorce, Danya suggested (enthusiastically) that they move to the City, having heard of the conveniences there. Surely he could get some help there. It has not proven the ideal golden city he once thought, his efforts at taking odd jobs where he can in the City barely helping them get by.

  • Something More Than This - Dissatisfied with his lot in life, Danya has started branching out to new sections of the City in search of more work and privately hoping to find that there's something more to be offered by the City than empty promises of prosperity for all.

Silvana's Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Daughter of the Earth - Raised by her Goddess mother, Artemis, and given the choice between a life in the land of Dolandor and one amongst the mortals of the Isle, Silvana chose to swear her loyalty to the Faun who had so graciously accepted her mother's 'herd' before her birth.
  • Goddess of the Quiet Woods - Upon swearing her loyalty to the Faun, the young demi-goddess grew into her own special powers as well. She adopted the small wooded area to the south of Laisidhiel as her domain, gaining the abilities to heal, cleanse, and care for those who traveled beneath its canopy.
  • Rampage - The Quiet Woods became plagued by a great beast, that destroyed flora and fauna alike, leaving corruption in its wake. The hunt was long, but finally Silvana faced the beast in a stand-off. It proved not only intelligent enough to communicate with her, but nearly invulnerable as well. Only with a lucky shot through the roof of the beast's mouth and into its brain was she able to stop its rampage. Only the beast's claws could pierce it's skin, and she took the creature's hide as her prize. A fallen golden ram lay nearby...its golden fleece a fitting gift for the Goddess Venus' engagement. The Woods became hereafter known as Silvana's Woods in her honor.
  • Attack! - Shortly following the attack on Laisidhiel, Silvana found a strange youth being held by a group of bandits. The bandits were tricked into fleeing, but rather than release the boy, she took him into her custody instead. Her intention was to take him to be questioned back at Laisidhiel, however, the pair were ambushed on the way by the same bandits. They perhaps would have escaped, had misfortune not stuck. By some magic, Silvana was paralyzed, unable to continue fighting. She was left, slowly turning to crystal, as the bandits and their strange new ally disappeared with the boy. Only thanks to her Mellon was she found by her mother, Artemis, and taken to the Healing House to be cured.

  • Wish Upon a Star - Seiya has the ability to grant wishes made upon a star. However, true to the fairy tale, only wishes made in the spirit of generosity will be granted as intended. Selfish wishes will either be ignored, or granted, but in a twisted fashion.
  • Guiding Stars - Seiya can summon falling stars to guide the lost to their destination. The stars may not always guide the Pae'il where they want to go, however. Sometimes they might guide them to where they need to be instead. Or maybe the stars are just trolls.
Faction Abilities
  • Strong Magic Shield - Provides temporary cover from assault, in addition to providing some effective camouflage.
  • Magic Volley - Creates several, small, concentrated magic orbs that explode upon impact, causing mild damage and knocking opponents back. Limit of 3 uses in any battle and can easily be countered by other Factions' shields.
  • Apparate - Seiya can transport himself to any other location provided he has been there before and can clearly see it in his mind's eye. Time of day or light conditions do not apply.

  • Loyalty - Trying to split his life between the water and the land had always been a draining hassle. Coming of age to make a decision for himself, Amitola sought out advice from his father, thinking he might want to argue the position of staying on the land with him. He was surprised when his father answered that he had nothing to say to try and sway him to the side of the Guardians. Instead, Cabel insisted that this was his choice to make, but he was proud for the reasons he had for making it. Always more comfortable in the water thanks to his finned form, Amitola made the decision to swear his fealty to the Naiad Court in the name of protecting his loved ones should trouble arise.

Personality: This eccentric Faun is typically found in close company with his friend only known as The Doctor. Since coming to Telrunya, they have not isolated themselves in Laisidhiel like many of their brethren, instead taking to exploring this new land and often getting tangled up in exciting adventures, but not without consequences. K'anpo comes across as a very intelligent, well-spoken individual...though many Pae often times have no idea what what it is that he's talking about. It is implied that he and The Doctor have had many other exciting adventures together before coming to Telrunya, but how much truth lies in those tales...?

  • Regeneration - Amputated body parts will regenerate. The smaller the body part, the quicker it will regenerate. Legs and arms may take a while and there's a chance he may go into a comatose state to do so. Heads do not regenerate, because if he's beheaded, he'd be killed. Although it's never been tested, but maybe a head can grow a new body?
    If he becomes a Luminary, I'd like for his regeneration to include full-body regeneration the same as any other Time Lord.

K'anpo's Story - Major Milestones and Plot Points
  • Welcomed to Laisidhiel - The homeland in danger from a dark force, and the Princesses' magic waning, the 'Ponies' had to pack up and seek a new home. They were led by a mysterious force pulling at them, leading them to Telrunya, then to Laisidhiel. The 'Ponies' were revealed to have come from acorns lost from the Tree long ago, and the newly self-dubbed 'Faunies' were welcomed home.
  • Swamps of Carresh All Over Again - He just thought it'd be fun to go out, take in a party, maybe hit on some pretty new Pae. He hadn't asked for another adventure. So why was it they kept getting them? K'anpo and the Doctor always seemed to end up in these messes. This time, it was apparently a deity of some sort, wanting to play a game in some maze. All he knew was that his friend was now a woman and looking far, far too nice right now...they needed to fix this...
  • Clones! - Okay, they hadn't exactly 'fixed' the problem of Doctor being a woman so much as it had just gone away...after a couple of little clones showed up. Obviously part of some greater plot, the pair decided to keep them close...for study, yes. Beware the adorable pouts and puppy dog eyes. K'anpo named his little time lady clone after an old 'acquaintance' of his who had once been someone special to him...she may have also been the Doctor's parole officer at one point, but that wasn't the point.
