It's a lotto, the chances of winning are sapose to be low. Thats why its more likely that you will get struck by lightening than winning the lotto.

It's a lotto, the chances of winning are sapose to be low. Thats why its more likely that you will get struck by lightening than winning the lotto. Why have a ticket limit in the first place? Why not just let the limit go up to however many people buy in an allotted amount of time?
