When Nexos turned round he noticed she was gone. "Lilianne?" She seemed to have disappeared. "Maybe she went on ahead of me...maybe i should go see..." He was about to step forward. "But hwat if she thinks i'm still here and i miss her? prehaps i should stay here...yeah." He sat down on the floor and waited. and waited. and waited.

Lilianne Snowe  All I seem to do is cause pain and suffering...
Lilianne ran up to meet Nexos. When she arrived, she bowed respectfully to him. "S-Sorry Nexos-kun! I was so distracted by this beautiful town that I lost myself..." She apologized. Noticing his question, she cocked her head. "Sea-salt... Ice cream...?" It sounded strange, but it piqued her interest.

"Oh!" He got up. "That's okay, if you'd like i could take you to the shop where they sell them. trust me, you'll love them" He dusted off his colthes and then smiled back at Lilianne to say that he was ready.

Lilianne smiled at Nexos, nodded happily. "Alright!" She giggled. "It sounds odd, but I shouldn't knock it 'til I try it, I guess..." Lilianne soinded uncomfortable when she said that. She felt odd using phrases she wasn't used to saying, but she couldn't think of another way to say it.

"So, Lilianne i was wondering, what do you remember fromy your past?" He wanted to make sure he knew what to talk about before he slipped up again like he did with the home thing. They weren't far from the ice-cream shop as it was just a few footsteps away.

Lilianne looked at the ground as they walked. She tried to remember at least one memory. Everything passed the day she joined the academy was blank. She thought hard; there had to be something she could remember. Suddenly, a blurry image flashed in her mind, making her shudder a bit. She stopped walking a moment, staring at the feet wide-eyed as she tried to bring back the image.

Nexos stopped when Lilianne stopped. "Everything alright?" He asked abit worried that he'd done it again. She seemed to act nerveously everytime he'd mentioned or asked about her past. He thought he better leave it as it was obviously effecting her. "You don't have to answer if you don't want to..."

Lilianne blinked a couple of times before looking up at Nexos. Her face was a bit red and flustered. She smiled softly at him. "I-I'm fine... Really..." She answered wearily. The image was fully in her mind, a familiar face; the face of the only man who took care of her. It made her feel warm inside thinking about him.

"Okay, Lilianne, you do know you can tell me anything, right? i mean i'll understand you might want to keep some things from me but to my understanding i can't really judge people and even if i was allowed to i wouldn't. So if you want to talk about anything, just ask and i'll listen" He walked up to her and looked into her eyes to show that he meant every word. He had the smile to say that everything was going to be okay. "So! How about some ice-cream like i promised?!" He said and ran off to the ice-cream shop and ordered two sea-salt ice-creams, he ran back to Lilianne. "Here you go!" He handed the ice-cream over, the sun shining off it's sky blue body and drop fell off it to the floor showing it was already melting.

Lilianne smiled back at Nexos. She felt safe around him, like nothing in the world could harm her when he was by her side. When he left and returned with the ice cream, Lilianne cocked her head. Accepting the ice cream, she looked it over quizzically. Her ears flattened and her tail stopped swaying. She sniffed the melting ice cream a few times, then finally, gave it a lick. Her eyes widened and her ears perked up. "This is delicious!" She exclaimed, grinning widely as she started licking it more.

"I'm glad you like it. If you want another just ask. I gave them up ages ago when they started to remind me of my ho-er-nevermind, just gave them up" He almost remembered it again, his home. Nexos sighed in his head. He remembered how he used to complain how boring it was to live there but how he now misses it now it's gone. The bright dark-blue skies. The dark-green grass. His friends, His family. He was the only one to get away in time. Nexos shook his head as he was getting back to his old way. He looked up to the clock tower and had a idea. "Hey Lilanne, follow me."

Lilianne purred a little as she licked the ice-cream. She suddenly stopped when she noticed a change in his voice. Lilianne looked at Nexos, seeing a change in his eyes. It was a strange emotion that looked familiar to her. Was it pain? Sorrow? Or maybe it was a little bit of both. When he told her to follow him, her ears perked up. She nodded at him. "Ah, okay...!" She said as she followed him.
