He was ready to act, but he wanted to see how they jumped to Kisho's proposal. "Ain't no harm in waiting for Isao-san to get back. May want to take that dagger from Fusae-chan's throat and let her go. There's no need for that. Not now."

Firstly since it was easy to notice from your angle Fusae has the knife she was cutting the pickles with behind her back.

"Careful there Ronin no one has drawn a blade yet... I'm also sure you wouldn't want to draw the attention of the Sumiyoshi-rengo. Yeah that's right, I know people even if Fusae here put it in such a distasteful manner."
Regardless the man moved his thumb a bit knocking the sheath loose ready to remove but kept it underneath Fusae's chin. (Deceit/Intimidation: 34)

The men that accompanied him were also squaring up to you lot also. In anyones opinion the situation was escalating.

"The... the Sumiyoshi-rengo?" Kisho would respond, taking a step back. He seemed like he was considering bolting when...

"?!" He would lock eyes with the smaller of the two other men that were busy looking menacing, and start walking towards him. "Hello, Yoritomo!" he would say, sauntering up to the man. "What's a looker like you doing, associating with such ruffians..."

(5k3 = 19 Awareness/Deceit (Seduction) with a raise to be extra distracting to the yakuza)

The man Kisho sauntered up to stared at him for a little while and his eyelid begun to twitch with sudden realization as his face begun to turn to disgust.

"Urgh! Lasao can we give him a good kick in?" Asked the one being propositioned by Kisho to the obvious ring leader.

The man now known as Lasao had turned with a face full of disgust also and nodded holding his tanto ready to draw now.

Things to note: Fusae is currently no longer under direct threat andunless anyone else wishes to intervene only Kisho and the yakuza will be rolling initiative.

So Kisho roll initiative! Anyone else who wishes to save Kisho from being abused roll initiative also!

Garus didn't move, just standing there as if waiting for a reply from the young lady. However, as soon as they got into it, he'd make an attempt to smash the guy with the knife.

First round is a round dedicated to the Yakuza's and Kisho! (Yes that is why I asked specifically.)

The goon who asked to give Kisho the boot medium style decided to go for a under arm jab to Kisho's ribs (23 vs 12) a define thud could be heard and Kisho's breath leaving him (8 damage).

Lasao would smugly grin as his friend gave Kisho a good punch then look around and see you all preparing to fight and would assume a defensive stance with his knife albeit in a slight panic. (Full defense declared result: Tn: 2 tbh)
"D-d-don't you dare do anything! We're with the ya-ya-kuza remember!"

The goon at the back would run over to Kisho also and... Swing and miss... He obviously had been swigging at the sake while he was searching back there.

Kisho! Your turn.

"NNNNG!" Kisho would drop to the ground, holding his ribs in pain. He would do his best to put up a mediocre defense.

Agility/Defense of 12+2-3 (wound penalty). TNtbH is now 11 instead of 12.

Sadatane would move towards the knife wielder and try to knock the dagger out of his hand! "Tchk! I told you you didn't need to use the knife. Be good and run back to your boss and tell him to forget about the money. Your measly hide should be worth whatever Isae owed your boss."
