That's tempting lol, but I can't drive stick.
Anywho, I really dunno how I'm suppose to look my dad in the eye after hearing all that. The rest of my family just acts like nothing happened. My mom brushes off my suggestion to kick him out. My brother was trying to get him to stay.
With christmas in what, 10 days. This should be just ggrreeaatt.

"any specific reason you aren't talking to me?"
me: "because you disgust me and I can't stand to look at you"
dad "ok good to know, I'll try to stay out of sight. There are two sides to every story. I don't think you've heard the complete story."
Sure, it was harsh, I didn't say anything worse than he said about my mom.

Mfable Sweets, you need to cheer up. Everything will work itself out in the end. yes, well, seeing as my dad has threatened to kill himself unless my mom looses 50lbs in the next few weeks, and that is physically impossible, I guess I won't have to deal with this much longer.

My mom ******** waited all day in the hospital for him to give him a ride home after his operation. I told her she should have just called him a cab.

Oh geez and I thought my family could get annoying. He sounds like an a*****e. Try not to let him affect your life to much. He sounds kind of like my friends, 14 year old, attention seeking ex. He can't stand his wife's weight? Whatever. Marriage isn't about having a wife that looks the same as she did years ago. It's about sticking together because you love and enjoy eachother, through thick and thin. I bet your mom wishes he looked more like how he did when they first met too. But if she doesn't want to leave him, try not to stress over it. Her decision, though hopefully she'll come around. Hope everything works out soon.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks he's a b*****d. But what am I going to do. Mom is apparently NOT leaving him. And he aint leaving either. I can't even look at him, I've been staying as far away from him as possible. But xmas is in 1 week! And he's gona expect us all downstairs together for gift exchange, and then the rest of the family is coming over and I know they'll want me to pretend like nothing is wrong and smile and be all cheery. It sickens me. How can they just go on like nothing happened and pretend like he's not a total ******** dirtbag? Why am I the only one that is upset by this?

I have an idea, show ur dad AND mom this topic to show them how much of a ******** ur dad is and maybe it'll make ur mom reconsider.....if i were you or ur mom, i'd stab him
