Last year the DEADLINE to sign up was November 8th. People need time to shop and send things in time for the various postal services around the word to get stuff to their destinations.

Yes, I agree. At least allow Halloween to pass before shoving "bargain" Christmas decorations in my face.

Shram: Yeah see we need time to collect names and then send them out in time so that people participating still have time to buy and send gifts smile As it stands only two peoples have sent me PMs so far.
Last year was similar they only trickled in and then I was all OK ALL OVER and then like ten people are like NUUU I WANNA SANTA TOO! xD

You know, I'd love to participate in this, but it would be a little odd for me on the receiving end, since I don't live alone.
...I could totally do something on here, though. Didn't we do that... No, wait, that's the Anonymous gift thread. Nerts.
Generally, awkwardness prevents me from joining. Good luck with the postal bureaucracy, though.

UPDATE: ENTRIES CLOSE NOVEMBER 15TH!
To give use time to organise the handing out of Secret Santas and giving those Secret Santas enough time to buy and send gifts away, November 15 is when we will stop accepting entries and start giving out the Secret Santas to people.
If you'd like to join in (ITS REAL FUN biggrin ) please put your entries in soon biggrin
