•••Spoiler Alert••• I totally love Mockingjay!!!
I really can't stand the fact that Prim died!!!! D:< It really made me think of Rue when she died!! >:I
I am glad that Katniss shot Coin since she was indeed, irritating.
I was so happy when Katniss chose Peeta over Gale! I wasn't really much of a Gale fan from the beginning when I started to read these books. The ending really just struck my heart when she told Peeta that she really loves him.

I Laugh at Your Pain **SPOILERS AHEAD!** / You sure you want to know? i will tell you xD I loved the book, myself. But i dont get why people were complaining on how Peeta was acting, Many people who were reading the book with me and almost done, told me to forget reading the last book. He was hijacked after all... I loved the end, Happy she Choose Peeta X3 how could you love the ending with prim dead... although katniss getting with peeta was good

This book honestly got the most rise out of me. I went from being frustrated and angry to understanding and calm. I think that all in all the ending was nothing but perfect for the way the books went on. It's obvious Katniss and Peeta both suffer from PTSD, and with that, comes a different point of view on life.
I think that a lot of Katniss' behaviour is due to her wariness, after The Hunger Games, how can you not come out scarred? From the beginning of the series she is shoved in to battle, like any battle for her life.
I think that the book was heartbreaking, but beautiful. I could not have asked for anything more. It was simply perfect. Albeit, I did cry quite a bit from all of the death.

xKatnissx I LOVED mockingjay, and was very emotional during the book, (mostly crying) i hated the part when blank strangled blank almost to death, and was very touched at the part when blank remembers a bout the bread!! AHHHHHHHHH! I LOVE THE SERIES!! Same here. I was the same way. I also hated that part with strangling moment. I was like OH NO!!! Bad capital!!!! I was also touched by the bread memory smile love the series soo much ^^

TT Retarted_Kool-aid TT Diddnt finish the book, but Ima sucker fer spoilers :3 ANYwho, it is really dissapointing to hear Finnick is dead. I felt like I wouldnt like him when He first appeared in Catching Fire, but I was okay with him in Mockingjay. WHat happened, he died in Gale's trap with prim? if you really wanna know I'll PM you what happened.

SPOILERS! I loved ******k and I actually cried when he died. What was the point of the book if ****r*** died? I mean Katniss went in to keep her alive, then the book kinda changed to revolve around Katniss. I thought tht was bull****. It really hit me in the end tho when Katniss and ***t* made the book of everyone tht died, and I cried cuz I felt so bad for ***i* and her little boy. "Want a sugar cube?" I hope tht poor little boy says tht lol.

Why did fin**** have to die??? also why did Pr** have to die to??? this totally messed me up. also i dont like how Ga** moved to district 2 without Katniss. i mean even though she picked Pe***. they should at least be friends. he always had her back. but i did love the battle scenes when they're at the capitol... even though everybody died.... sweatdrop

I'm too lazy to white 'em out or use asterisks, so read at your own risk.
I didn't really like Mockingjay. All the death made it hard to stay emotionally attached. The whole reason Katniss started fighting was taken away from her. Every single good person in Panem suffered a horrible death.
Also, Katniss underwent almost no character development. If anything, she ended up a worse jerk than before. I mean, that vote on the Hunger Games? I mean, seriously!
Also, for all you who loved the way she confessed her love at the very end- when I read the sceen, it seemed to give off the vibe that she only said she loved him because she felt obligated to do so. Or if not that, she only loves him because of the comfort he can give her. Maybe that was just me.
Whatever.

SPOILERS AHEAD AND THEY WERE NOT WHITED OUT SO BEWARE
So I have read the whole series and I decided to read The Hunger Games again. I'm currently on page 5.....
Anyways, I had mixed emotions about Mockingjay. I didn't appreciate how Finnick died and I cried when he died. It was very disappointing because he was such a great character! The scene where he died made me very emotional. I really just hated the fact that he had to die!
I hated the part where Peeta almost strangles Katniss. The scene caused an emotional battle going on inside of my head. I understand why Peeta was acting the way he was so I'm not going to take a whole paragraph to complain about it.
I found the ending of the book to be very disappointing. How could the book end with Prim dying? As I reread The Hunger Games, I am reminded just exactly how much Katniss loved her. I cried so much during her death!
Katniss kind of upset me in this book as well.
Overall the book was good because I had many feelings about it and usually that doesn't happen when I read something. If I choose to reread it. I might catch some missed details (always happens when I reread a book) so I might come back and share my thoughts again but for now, this is how I feel.

Ikoi Hanakari i miss trident guy i know his name but its a spoilers so yeah His name was Finnick. I can't believe he didn't last till the end. The moment he died I instantly wondered how Annie would feel. crying
