"Cuz dey yummy, siwwy..." laughs the tiny dragon, her voice ringing like a silvery bell.
"Not all dragons eat the same things, Kero." says Amestru with a smile. "Kyara here lives on plants, mostly flowering plants, you live on poisonous things or the occasional gem... but I warn you, don't you go eating Kya.... I don't care iffin she has a poison barb on her tail... I won't allow it. Got that?"

Kero, upon hearing about her poison barb, immediately moves over to her, trying to reach her so he can sniff her tail.

She is safely out of his reach, high in the pretend tree, peering at him from over the edge of her nest. Her eyes grow round as he tries to climb up the trunk to where she is.
"Wuff you doin?" she asks worriedly, Amestru's words ringing in her ears.
Kero doesn't answer. He is too intent on smelling that tail, but as he get's about halfway up the tree begins to slip to one side. It really wasn't made to be climbed or support any degree opf weight, even that of a small wyrmling.
Amestru gives a yelp of alarm, throwing himself at the small golden colored dragon, while Enia dives to rescue the nest. Kyara merely screams.
By the time the dust settles, Kero finds himself floating in midair, held up by some strange force, while Lyssan shakes her head in a rather knowing way.
"You had to go tell him she had a poison barb didn't ye..." she grumbles, porting the tiny dragon to her arms.

**Kero**
As soon as he reaches her arms, Kero stops struggling and does his best to meld into her embrace, wrapping his tail tightly about her arm, shaking like a leaf.
"Wuff hawpen!" he moans, burying his head in the crook of her sleeve.
"Mommy kept you from going boom, little one. You were going to land with a rather big thump right on your Daddy's head." says Lyssan in a serious tone. "What you did was very very dangerous. Let's not do that again, ok?"

Nuzzling close to her, Kero nods, still rather spooked by the ordeal of flating in midair and almost making a big boom on Daddy's head.
"Okay, Mommy. Okay Okay Okay Okay Okay Okay Okay."

Lyssan nods and looks around. "Is everyone alright?"
Amestru stands up and brushes off his knees. "I'm fine. Where's Kya?"
"I cant bweed..." come a muffled cry from the vincinity of Enia's blouse.
The nurse blushes deeply and lowers the empty nest which she has clutch there, then reaching down with two fingers gently pulls Kyara up. Placing the tiny thing in Amestru's cupped hands, she looks around with a sigh. "Cleaning time again. Better go find a broom."
Kyara sinks down in Ame's hands with a hefty sigh. "My newst..." she moans sadly.

Kero moves over in Lyssan's arms, still trying to sniff the Faerie Dragon's tail barb. As well, he is about to cry too. He doesn't like seeing Kyara sad. And so the tears well up in his eyes as well as in hers, and he tries to go to her for a good sniffing and a hug.

Lyssan sighs as Kyara sinks away from him. "He didn't mean to break you little nest, Kya... He's really a good dragon, truly he is."
The tiny jewel like creature looks from Lyssan, to Amestru, then back at Kero. Then slowly she edges forward to the edge of Ame's hand. "Why you bweak newst?" she demands to know.
Amestru gently holds her up to Kero's face, but he is ready to pull back if she shows signs of fear. Strangely enough, she's more upset than angry.

"I..I wanna smeww yoo. But no cowd weach yoo." Kero says, looking utterly and thoroughly ashamed of himself for spoiling her pretty little home.
Gently, he creeps forward from where he is sitting, so she can see his pretty coppery-golden eyes. From this vantage, he can also take in her jewel-like beauty, and appreciate what he had almost done.
"I sowwy. I sowwy I bweak youw pwetty nest." He says, still looking ashamed, and she can see how sorry he truly is in his eyes. "I wish I hewp fix it."

She shrugs. "I no know howl to fix it... now it gawn... why you biiiwg? you biwggar dan me..." She cocks her head to one side in confusion. Truth is, she's only seen one other dragon before, herself, as a reflection in Enia mirror. So it seems odd to her that Kero is so much bigger than she is. Also her language is a bit hodge podge. She picks and choses the words she thinks fit what she's trying to say, but her draconic is terrible and her common even worse. Still she gets her messages across, one way or another.

"I not da same kind dwagon ash yoo, siwwy." Laughs Kero, dropping to the floor like a kitty, wagging his tail to complete the impression. "I a gowden dwagon...wif coppew insides."
That being said, Kero rises up again, giggling, and goes back over to Lyssan, motioning that he wants to be picked up again, like she had cuddled him a few minutes ago.
"Uppy, Mommy. Pwease, Uppy?" he begs, his eyes wide and pleading, showing off their golden-copper color. Rising onto his hindquarters, he raises his arms to her, making his desire all the more clear. "Pwease, Mama. Pwease, Uppy?"

Silly.. make up your mind... is it up or down?" laughs Lyssan picking him back up and cuddling him close. "Mommy is not an elevator you know."
"Wuff dat?" asks Kyara with a frown.
Kero shrugs. "I dun know... " he replies in confusion.
