And here is an excellent resource for the more serious issues we may face:

Crime Victims' Institute - Based in Texas but with some national resources the CVI provides an extensive directory of victim's services in the state and publications about various issues of victimization. I would encourage anyone interested in getting into victims' services to check this site out and read through the publications to familiarize themselves with the issues.

I'd like to help.
I'll try to help anyone with any issue, although honestly I'm probably more suited to problems I've dealt with before, either in my own life or have helped others with.

Some general umbrellas include:
- Bullying/harassment
- Relationship issues
- Sexuality and gender identity
- Family issues (divorce, loss of family members, moving, etc.)

That's by no means an exclusive list, and no issue is too big or too small.
