In my opinion, it's really not as hard as everyone says it is.. Yeah I forget sometimes, but I don't find it all that hard. XD Now Chinese, that sounds like it's hard! XD But once you get the hang of it it will seem like a piece of cake!... Maybe. xD

Oh, I agree, I find the language quite easy, but we haven't gotten as far as your class has, haha. Everyone complains about how hard it is, but I think that once you learn the basic structure, it comes quite naturally. 3nodding

Exactly! Once you get the hang of it, it seems so easy!
It does have some complicated grammar and vocabulary, but that's about it. I haven't once though about dropping it because it was hard. Also when people ask me to say something, I'm able to say something more than just, 'Ogenki desu ka' or just 'Konnichi wa'. So I feel like I've learn so much more than I originally thought I could. :]
It feels good, being able to speak a little bit of a foreign language other than Spanish. Which is required in my state.. sweatdrop And I can say that I definitely can speak Japanese WAY better than Spanish. XD

Haha, I know what you mean. I'm taking American Sign Language as well (taking French next year too), and I have to say that Japanese is much easier, even after the... What, two and a half years of ASL I've had?
And I feel so proud of myself that I have not only learned to speak part of a language, but two new alphabets. So yeah, we haven't learned as much vocabulary as the Spanish students, but we've learned to read a completely different alphabet than they're used to. I honestly feel a lot more accomplished being able to write out a complicated kanji than being able to say something in German or something. sweatdrop

Wow ASL, good for you! I know some of the alphabet, but it looks and seems so hard! >.< French doesn't seem all the hard either.. I know a little bit of it, maybe because I'm French to begin with.. xD anyway, I think it's great that you're learning ASL.. I can only imagine what it would be like if it was Japanese Sign Language.. O.O haha but yeah I know, it feels good, learning Japanese.

ASL isn't really that hard, it's just all the classifiers and whatnot. =w= Haha, our sensei showed us a bit of JSL, apparently "brothers" is pretty much an American flip off, haha.

Awww, that sucks. sad I sorry to hear that. Korean sounds awesome as well, I also want to learn Koran, I think it's a pretty language as well. Yeah, France is such a pretty country! That's awesome!
