"Seriousness is the refuge of the shallow."
I shamefully haven't read the Sherlock Holmes novels yet, though they recently started airing the old timey Jeremy Brett series over here and I must say that It's a lot gayer than I'd thought. I'd assumed that the 09 movie was extra-gay because RDJ is awesome like that but no. You can't make this up. You just can't xD - Oscar Wilde.

HAHAHA oh my god, they left it in? pirate That's amazing. FFF, my face right now. Regarding the MGS fanboys, there was a comment left recently - "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA, SUCK IT, OTHER FANBOYS" - so you're not the only one.

"Seriousness is the refuge of the shallow."
I am honestly rather excited about what forum threads will pop up after this xD I remember their Volgin/Raikov excuses - apparently Raikov was a woman, and also Raiden's mother... - Oscar Wilde.

I've heard it through the grapevine (i.e., reading the comments for the untranslated video) that the reaction is somewhere between "WTF MAN THIS CAN'T BE TRUE", "BIG BOSS IS GAY???" and "Well, it's a side mission so it's not like it's canon, anyway." Various degrees of denial. I wonder if they'll go through the stages of grief and everything...

I like Kirk and Spock from the original series. It's so slashy! lol Harry and Draco are great also! Full of sexual tension!

Since Saffron mentioned Cable & Deadpool, I'm going to add Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) & Booster Gold to the list. They had one of the best bromances. When they weren't hugging each other as much as humanly possible they were fighting like a married couple. And Gen Lost sure makes it seem like Max Lord has a crush on Booster (and therefore probably killed Ted out of jealousy.)
And Sherlock Holmes is extremely gay. They write letters to each other titled, 'Mr dear so-and-so' and signed 'love, Sherlock.' And one story starts off with them at a Turkish bath together.
There's also Inspector Morse, an old detective series. Morse is a real b*****d that hates everybody, but whenever he's talking to Lewis it seems more like he's teasing him than actually being mean. And then he keeps on dragging Lewis to the pub to drink with him...

Erm, I don't see how Abel and Esther would be a yaoi slash pairing ^^; This thread is for male/male possibilities.

Erm.. Tallahassee and Columbus, from Zombieland.. And the guys from Metalocalypse, though I'm not sure how many of you have heard of it... I don't know too many people who do, sadly. http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MetalocalypseIt, sadly, doesn't have it's own page on HoYay, but if you scroll down to the H's, you'll see it. XP Spoiler alert, just so you know.

It's been said before but Sherlock Holmes. I thought it was just slashers being slashers until I read it. My mind was blown.

Aziraphale and Crowley from Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman
They are so cute together I can barely stand it! Azzy is always calling Crowley 'dear' and they held hands. And if they're not screwing eachother at-least there's bromance!

Yay! Good Omens! They were seriously the best part of the book for me. Lets see, what hasn't been mentioned. ...
.....
Okay, so I'm pretty much seconding most of what's already been said. Totally shipping Bard/Finny! >w< And Shizzy!! You know that there was a bad break-up involved there somewhere!
Also, Judgment Knight and Sun Knight from Legend of the Sun Knight. Manhwa, but hey!
