In the volume 2 extras of the manga, Ed is asked how tall he really was. He replied that he was 165 cm (about 5'5") tall. However, this height also included his elevator shoes and hair antenna - his true height at the time was 141cm (about 4'8"). By Chapter 84, he is shown to be taller than Winry, implying that he has at least attained his 165cm stature.

Green Top Hat - GTH I checked on this site and it tells you, as well as his birthday http://www.absoluteanime.com/fullmetal_alchemist/ed.htm Arakawa-sensei never released information on his birthday. O.o She said it would take away from the story to get caught up on such details, unless she changed her mind. We never got the 2nd and 3rd manga guidebooks, and that was from the interview in the first. XD He WAS really short, but now he's tall. wink The post before mine sums it up nicely.

O.o She said it would take away from the story to get caught up on such details, unless she changed her mind. We never got the 2nd and 3rd manga guidebooks, and that was from the interview in the first. XD He WAS really short, but now he's tall. wink The post before mine sums it up nicely.
