Hrm ...how does it work? Is it like...push to talk or would it be more like...how a phone call is? Because...I've been curious about Skype for awhile now.

Ah...hm well, probably best if I passed on this then. This house can be a little chaotic...wouldn't want you guys hearing things you're not supposed to hear ninja Our victims are noisy until we get the gags in

you don't have to call all the time. there's also a conversation half of it that's just like a messenger.

well, my old USB headset that I used way back when I played WoW is no longer in operation, and all my new headsets are bluetooth, and not compatible with this computer.
no push to talk...fail.

If you've got a USB Xbox 360 controller and the headset, you can use that. It's how I skype.

Kals is questing again!... guys, there is a mute button. It's like push to talk only backwards. Hit mute, unmute when you want to talk, turn mute back on. Voila. Just like a regular old telephone.
We looked at Ventrilo at one point for the talk show, I would have been able to host a private server myself, but we decided that skype was simpler.
Skype is free to call other skype users. You have to pay in order to use skype to call phones or to get a phone number for your skype account. Check sig for details!

I don't remember what my Skype name was, so I'll either have to start a new one or get someone who remembers my username so I can try to get back into it for the... 3 contacts I had? xp

OK, I'm on the Skype bandwagon...although it's more because my cousins use it and we are so far apart. Anyway, my user name is ThaliatEverwood so my online friends know who I am and my family will still "get it" and not keep asking why I picked this name.
Message me if you want.
