Have you thought of making a more original front page for me...? ninja I'd be willing to do it. The UGMF acting Captain is kind of pissed off about it. Well I'll be damned. If you did, and it's good, I'd be more than willing to like, idk, do something. whee I'll get right on it. Why thank you!

Nice delete of my post there. It shows your inability to hear what other people think.
Note to everyone else, you'll do fine here as long as you follow what he wants. Say something you don't like about the guild and you'll just be deleted or banned.
Not a good start I'd say, and not a very good guild to put time into if that is all it takes to be disrespected.

While Dorm may not see eye to eye I will be sticking around for several reasons.
1.) The most important. I'll be monitoring the guild and assisting with changes away from anything UGMF related.
2.) I will assist you in becoming a respectable guild. The first thing I must put forth is that you, Suicide Soldier, need to appoint others to lead your branches. Outside perspectives help. I'm well aware the majority of the crew are mules of yours.
3.) I will, from time to time, participate in role-plays hosted by this guild.
4.) I will give my advice to making this guild realistic. I am a 3+ year member of the UGMF as well as a real life combat veteran. I served in Afghanistan, Kunar last year. I was a real scout sniper, which anyone in the UGMF can verify. When it comes to tactics, the buck stops here.

I used other mules to help signify that, the branch commanders are basically reserved spots. I decided to jumpstart my guild instead of waiting for different branches to develop. I am already assigning the branch command of airforce to another person so yes, I am making progress. As for Dormant Evil, I'm sorry to say that despite your good intentions trolling of any kind is not allowed. Although you may submit things of this kind to me personally, in order to keep organized I will not be allowing blatantly obvious trolling and accusations towards anyone (especially not ones that took up the whole page whee ) If you made a copy of your complaint, you may submit it to me in pm's. While I have no quarrels with complaints, or suggestions, try to avoid both spam and trolling. As for trolling against me, well, you can submit me all the pm's you want. Just don't post them in the guild. It makes the guild look messy. whee If you have/haven't heard, I'm willing to talk to almost anyone in pm's. I'll disregard a lot of things in a guild however.

My next suggestion is that you have a minimum level of literacy. Having someone with poor quality role-playing leading an operation, or even leading a team, detracts from the appeal. If people aren't up to snuff, kick them.
Also, stop sending out invites en-masse. It actually harms your image.

How it IS to my guild members is more or less what I'm worried about. Also, I've stopped sending en-masse for now, and I agree that it can be blatantly offensive in a way. I will be resuming in the future becuase it's so efficient however, I've decided to stop from now. As for the literacy rate, I whole heartedly agree.

Additionally,I know you need bodies to fill positions but do not give away rank and positions simply out of necessity.
The most you need to give anyone is E-5.
That would do fine. Since you prove to be fairly active. Eventually promote from within. There is no real need for an officer of any sort right now. People underestimate the power of the NCO.

Yes because Reading Comprehension is becoming a dying skill with text talk... ( some is good, but not a whole bloody page's worth of it) and maybe a different organization to how the ships and arms are listed in a single post, id say it would be handy if we made it a single set type of gun/ship/ aircraft per post. It'll be longwinded, but it'll help incase we need to help some tart who does not know what they're doing in an F-14D tomcat.

Well, it would seem I missed drama. Glad I wasn't here.
Also, I was wondering what needs to be done in order to gain rank. I'm still a bit confused about all this. And yes, I know this should be in the questions thread, but this thread seems to have more intelligence in it, and as well I wanted to suggest that a few things be made easier to understand, as I'm still a bit lost. Either that, or I'm missing something. :/

Luckily I have an I.Q. of 175+ so I can read, process, and come up with semi-intelligent responses to the constant array of private messages and posts!

Well you see I'm working on it, I've tried to design a "get around the guild" front page but more and more frequent questions keep posting up and I keep having to add them. Being a new member I understand that it must be much harder for you to understand my complexidid format, and in truth, I am working on it. blaugh
