yes, I admit having the urge to do it many times mostly because it's the same one person and it happens to be from MY section!(I'm section leader) People know I'm leniant but when there's a performance or a practice I am uptight because I want my section to perform good and not screw the performance for the rest of the band.
There's this one freshman girl who Can't play to save her life, is the ditziest person I've ever met and should be kicked out of band. She never knows where to go during marching season and during concert season she cant play her music, and it's the second part which tends to be super easy!!!! scream
She makes me angry!!!! scream scream stressed stressed

I do feel rather sorry for anyone named "Bobina." I would kill myself if I had that name.
There's a few people in my band who could do with some face-smashing. Namely bob, bob, bobina, and bob.

yeah, I did feel the need to, and I almost DID rearrange a fellow flute player's face. mind you, I'm usually a nice person
I *will* admit that I am at fault for some of the crap that happened, but... do me a favor and don't shelter your kids, because that leads to stupid *ISH* like what you're about to read ... beware, this is long and drama-filled. oh, the joys of high school and wanted to break my flute on someone's skull
they were driving me home one day (after "forgetting" they had to carry me home and they were giving another girl a ride, the they decided to STUFF me in the back of an effin mini-cooper with 2 OTHER people! - I'm skinny, but that's crazy!) and, while giving directions, I made a joke - a SARCASTIC joke, which also happened to be bad and tasteless, just so you know -o, yeah, I'm just gonna take ya'll off in the woods and kill ya'll- (nevermind the fact that I have no idea where the woods ARE around here!) ... and one would think that one of my "best friends" of TWO EFFIN YEARS would freakin understand I was joking... her 12-year-old sister (who I thought was sweet AT THE TIME and would never try to scare) thought I was SERIOUS? ... ..... I found out later, when her mom decided to B*TCH at me and my dad nearly slapped me after band practice, that her 12-YEAR-OLD sister is SCARED of SCOOBY DOO! ... I almost laughed but I probably would have gotten shot ... her mom called me disrepectful and I wanted to call her a nosey b*tch for butting in my business about some other stuff. of course, ignored the fact that the *stupid flute player* and her sister were becoming snotty b*tches with people - she's not very nice so she and I didn't talk for a while after that (SHE GOT MY A$$ GROUNDED FOR A WEEK!!!!! ok, a week might seem small to ya'll, but I'm *NEVER* grounded *couh*hardlyever*cough*)
and then at a basketball game, nearly 5 months later, I try to be nice and hold the pep band music for her and another flute player... and she was all "no, i've got it," all snotty I almost broke her nose with my flute then she had the nerve to go to one of my best friends (who can't STAND her, but she hasn't figured that out by now) and was all "do you know what REALLY hapened over the summer?" of course, I was standing right behind her, rolling my eyes.
I do take some blame for actually ever trusting her, but her family is just sheltered and stuck up (you'd have to meet her to understand what I'm saying, but I don't think you'd want to). note: never try to turn someone's best friend on them (I told my friends the entire truth, BTW)

Okay, time for Anna to rant. >.<
There is a group of these kids in band who are like, "Oooh, I'm not popular," and blah, blah, blah, when they're like the biggest group of people in the school! And they're always mouthing words across the room and not paying attention to the BD and it gets me so effing ANGRY. Also, one bass clarinet always plays too loud when you have to play soft and she tongues so long or something so the sound is like, "Thhhh-aaaa." And.It.Annoys.Me.So.Darn.Much. And whenever I go to take a breath, she's not playing, so there's like this big gap in the low reed section. >.<

Zan has a story.
There's a girl at my school, in my section, who is absolutely horrible. She is your regular ditzy materialistic little brat, who can't see past her newly polished nails. I was okay with putting up through her all through marching season, answering all her redundent questions, helping her out, being a good little sophomore. Then, near the end of the season, our concert seats were chosen, and my director put her ahead of me, leaving me in last chair. Now, I'm not the best, but I have improved so much this summer/fall to prevent this, so I asked my director about it. He said that he wanted to give the freshmen confidence. Well, at our next practice, they were all shoving it in my face.
So that ends Zan's angry rant of doom.

There is a certain Bobina in concert band who annoys me.
She's this 7th grade kid who wont. shut. up. scream
She just talks and talks and talks and when she's not talking she's obnoxiously playing her trumpet whilst you're trying to listen to the conductor or be tuned.
Last time she did it I just told her to shut up and guess who's the bad guy? Me! I'm the big meanie. stare

Tim. The Euphonium.
Dear god, that boy needed to be slapped! Tim is quite the b*****d to end all bastards. During marching season, Connell(our beloved band director) has after-school rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two hours. We also have an hour-and-a-half every day in class to rehearse, so that's only three-and-a-half hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Well, Tim didn't take Band Class because he decided to take another class instead. Connell is decently agreeable with that concept--though he put an end to that this year--so long as they come to the after-school rehearsals. Tim never came to those either. And, when the low brass made him go, he never shut up. So, Connell always ended up snapping at him as well as Lizzy(the nicest, yet scariest, flute player you'll ever meet) screaming at him to shut up. By the last rehearsal before our last competition, Tim was once again forced to come and doing his typical routine of blowing Connell, Jason, and Mrs. Christian off and talking while they were trying to tell us something.
Connell kicked him out of the band.

...yes... Annoying idiot... Hes in my section. Hes stupid, arrogant, and doesnt listen to the directors. He cant march right, cant play well, and still treats everybody like hes better than them. Hes in ROTC, and has been threatened to be kicked out of the platoon numerous times! He got kicked out of marching band this year for raiding bags durring practice... and my idiot band director is still letting him march next year.

Yes. =/ I have some girls in my section that I can't stand. They're subtle enough about it that it's very difficult to go off on them for it. They'll pretend to be trying to help you, but it's obvious they're just being jerks.
What happens a lot... Me: ::mess up on a couple of notes:: One of them: No, you play it like this. Me: ::to myself:: Wtf? You're not the percussion teacher, you're not trying to be helpful, and you're not even a good percussionist. Who the hell are you to be constantly critical of me!?
And no...I know the difference. There are other people in my section who help me with something and it's clear that they're truly trying to be helpful. This is different. It's more like condescending harassment.
Of course...if I call them on it...they pull this "OMG, I was just trying to help!! Chill out!" Ugh.

The ID Captian... she is so condenscending just because her family is rich and she has had more experience in the marching band doesn't mean she can treat most of the Drill Team as dirt. I'm the TF Captain and she doesn't listen to a word i say and most people, if they walk up to her and ask her something, they'll just get a glare back and not particularly kind words either Seriously, one of the main reason's i'm staying next year on DT is so i can take DT head instead of her cuz most of the DT hates her
