There's a whole bunch of quotes from Junjo Romantic that I love as well but for a oneshot manga, this one is my ultimate favorite:

I got bored so I downloaded that Student Council President OVA (why are the student council people always gay? Seriously. ALL. OF. THEM.)
Anyway, this line appears -

And I just lost it! I had my doubts about this, and admittedly, it isn't very pretty and kinda cheesy but GOD IT IS HILARIOUS.

Sushii, I nearly choked myself with my own hair trying not to laugh at that. lol I'm just imagining my parents saying "What's so funny about typing up human body proportion tables?" Aaaanyway. This extremely dramatic but sadly unhumourous line from a fanfic I'm stalking makes me fangirl!swoon slightly whenever it rather train-of-thought derailingly resurfaces in my mind.
