I am also curious on this point. There are two things I can think of... wait, three now. One is they were weaned together, two is that they have similar nibs, and three is venturing into more adult territory.

Chexley Arc is actually balding. He constantly wears a hat in public in order to hide it.
One of my cousins was too, he got fed up and shaved his hair off. XD
