The best of the cash offers is the Netflix one. One must be new to Netflix, have a credit card, and cancel within the 2 week trial period for it to be truly free.
I tried some of the mobile phone ones and was charged 9.99 each time even though I canceled almost immediately. One company refunded my 9.99 after I complained, and the other two haven't responded.
A coffee one was a huge scam...they start sending coffee every 2 days and charge you $40 per shipment, but that's all in the fine print when you're looking at the offer. They make it look like a trial period, but it's a lie.
The "offerwall" ones where you answer a tiny questionnaire, then click radio button "NO" on hundreds of offers, do not work for me. Big waste of time. I do fudge up my name a bit so that could be it. They don't need to know my name.
Definitely, buying cash cards in the shops is cheaper, easier and safer.
