Info: I was raised in a Baptist/Methodist family however I found Islam in college. I became a Muslim shortly after 9-11 and I have never been bored of this deen, Im always learning something about Islam.
At the moment, Im learning how to sew and embroider (free-motion stitching).

Info-I am a born and raised Muslim, sadly not that religious, but I do I have my moments. I went to a Islamic school as a child, and did Islamic Summer School this summer as well.
Forgive me, if I tend to ask stupid things with obvious answers...I tend to do that a lot. The most simplest things are the most complicated. Honestly I have no idea what to say, so this is all for now.

Info: I've always loved different cultures but, for some reason the Middle Easten cultures and religions have always grabbed my attention more than anything else. Currently, I am not a Muslim but, if I feel comfortable with it I may convert. I'm even trying to teach myself Arabic. I've got sooo many things to read! x__x I know I can do it though! 3nodding

Info: I was invited to the guild by Apple Juice. I'm not a Muslim, but I'm very interested in the religion.
In one of my classes, we were learning about Middle Eastern religions and cultures, and watched a few videos on both. I've never really looked into it, but what I did learn I really enjoyed.
I'm hoping to learn more about Islam by joining this guild. =)
Also, I may not frequent the boards and post much, but believe me, I'll be lurking. xD

Info: First off, thank you so much to Apple Juice to inviting to this guild. I must say I was pleasently surprised to get the notification, especially as I only posted in the original thread once, and that was to ask a rather stupid question...*fails*
I'm and Irish teenager, living on the West coast of said county. I was born into a moderately Catholic family, but became Agnostic a few years ago, as I couldn't reconcile Catholicism to my personal beliefs. I wear glasses on a full time basis and my eyesight seems to be worse in my right eye. I'm an anime and manga addict, and make AMV's when I have the time. I'm also a total bookwoem. Books+Tiff=Happy Times! I'm going into my final year of High School come September and I hope to go on and study Journalism in DCU (Dublin City University) or Strathclyde University in Glasgow. :3
I've always had an interest in other religions ever since I was little. My interest in Islam has grown recently, as my aunt married a Muslim man in February of this year. Thatnks to their marrige I now have many Muslim "relatives" in Egypt, who are absolutely lovely people, and who I cannot wait to see again! >w< I want to learn about Islam outside of the media stereotypes.

Info: First off I want to thank Apple Juice for the invite, and about me I am from Dubai, which is part of the United Arab Emirates I am a born and raised Muslim and I am an original Arab local from Dubai, I am currently working in a bank and so I rarely have any social life apart from the weekends (our weekend is Thursday and Friday here sweatdrop ) but I have Friday and Saturday off work apart from that I slave all week at work.
Uhm, Ramadan is coming soon which is great heart not so great is that I have not prepared for eid yet eek eek crying
I am a very forgetful person but I hope that I can memorize the entire Quran one day insallah ^_^ I been to omrah and I hope I can go to hijj soon =>

I'm not an atheist, but I have found my way in secular philosophy for the time being. Hence, my views are likely to differ from most people in the guild, but that's why intelligent conversations help us discover the myriad of views around us to live in harmony as we grow together. biggrin

Info: I'm a Muslim by birth; my mom is Malaysian, and my dad is an American convert (of German/Russian/Scottish/other stuff descent). I've been wearing hijab since sixth grade and suprisingly have never had a bad experience with it--for some reason people don't realize that I wear hijab 'cause I'm Muslim. I think they think it's just a fashion statement.
I'm not extremely religious. I'd probably consider myself somewhat moderate, but I do quite like my religion and would never think of changing it.

Info: I'm a Bangladeshi muslim living in Saudi Arabia. I was born and raised here, in Saudi Arabia. Surprisingly (as most would say), I don't know enough Arabic since I never had Arabian friends, ever. That's 'cause we've just been to our community only. I can both read and write in Arabic, though. biggrin I'm in grade 12 and am giving A Levels, of which AS is complete. I like it best here and would weally weally love to do my higher studies here! 3nodding My mind and body just doesn't seem to suit the environment in Bangladesh.
As a muslim, I don't think I'm doing enough, but I'm trying to improve myself. Well, I pray all my daily prayers, fast completely, read the Qur'an and wear Hijab in front of non-Mahrams, so I hope Allah accepts these, at least (Insha Allah). I try my best not to lie (so I rarely ever) or backbite.
I'm an anime/manga fan, a gamer who'd love to play PS3 all day, a math and physics lover, a person hoping to study electronic engineering in the future and research on micro-electronics (Insha Allah) and a muslim who'd love to be a scholar in Islam (Insha Allah).
