question... yuki brought something up... what if the winning number sits squarely between two picked numbers... there should be a rule about that... such as the pot is split or the winning number is the closest without going over... i kind of prefer the latter solution as it gives a clear cut winner to the race....

Hmm I haven't thought of that I will probably re-roll the winning number and only count the 2 peoples bets that sound fair?

sounds a bit more complicated than my solution, but yer the one running it, not me blaugh
i offered my solution because it doesn't need re-rolling... still no matter what course ye take if it is a posted rule in the first place, there will be no confusion... so do what ye want lol all i ask is that ye make it clear to the participants what is going on...

Well honestly I don't really like the idea that the pot goes to to closest without going over because then people would just get the lower numbers.
I dunno I'm probably gonna get a vote on it with all the options.

actually when ye say the closest without going over ye include all the numbers from 1 through 100 because if someone guesses 100 and that's what ye roll they have it... so the whole range of numbers is viable...
and true people may just purchase the lower numbers but i do believe they'll be all across the board... not just bunched on one end... especially since it's one bet per number....

True I'll just get some ideas up and put them to a vote sometime soon until then though I'll continue the Races. I want to run it a bit more though to give people an idea of whats going to happen.
