arts and crafts and drawing classes were the only classes I always passed with A's when I was in junior high? I guess I can compare it with that. but I learned to really draw when I was 15, 16 years old. they started airing DBZ here, I fell in love with it and discovered there was a thing called anime. and that inspired me to apply for art school and here we are, a jobless graphic designer. thanks economic crisis! surprised

Hmm...I've been drawing since I was little. I remember people fawning over the ducks I drew in kindgergarten and I won my first art contest in second grade.
But art didn't become important to me until I was about 11 and I didn't decide I wanted to 'be an artist' until I was about 20. ^_^; So I got a pretty late start as far as when I really got serious with it.
I taught myself. I've never had a real art class in ever.

❸...❷...❶... count down baby Let's see...well the oldest doodle I have is when I was 2, though I guess I was getting close to being three? They were like circles. neutral Um and I guess I basically learned on my own, watching my mom and my sis draw...anime (doraemon, sailor moon, Honey Flash, Sazae-san, Rose of Versaille, Pokemon, etc, etc). A whole bunch of Japanese anime. I had elementary art classes...took Art I last year and AP Art this year... But honestly, overall, I learned things on my own I guess :/ I guess I wanted to be an Art teacher/artist from like... Preschool to...1st/2nd grade? But now I'm not interested in making a living off art

hmm my first pic I drew was a Rainbow bright picture XD I litteraly froze the tv screen and drew what I saw. It actually turned out pretty ok, so much that everyone in my family complimented me on it. Sooo yea call me a narcissist or ego central XD but I liked the attention it got me. Since I wasn't really good at anything else, I kept drawing. And eventually got better at it. I'd say I was maybe 5 or 6 when I started drawing.

I have always doodled like stick figures and random animals but I only started to learn how to draw people in year 7 which was about 6 years ago, so 2004 (holy s**t).
And yeah 6 years later I'm still doing it. rofl I only really got into serious CG art about 3 months ago when I was having problems IRL so it kinda gave me an escape so I drew and drew and drew and improved more in these last three months then I did in an entire year gonk
But yeah I've always been self taught. I just studied the way people drew and managed to learn from them.

Hmmm... . I started watching anime... maybe 3 years ago though, and then got interested in manga drawings. So I'm pretty sure I started drawing things like 2 years ago Have never attended any classes though, Learned through observing, and I'm still learning, lol. Doodling in general.. earlier doodle I have is from.. when I was 7, I think. Creepy unproportional people doodles. rolleyes
Feel free to take a look at my art shop. I believe it's fine enough for 2 years of drawing. 3nodding

Uh... I first started REALLY drawing when I was in the 5th grade (though when I look back on my art then I think I die a little.) I learned kinda? from my friend who's such an amazing artist <333 but it was more like watching her draw something amazing in 5 minutes. but I did improve! then...it just went from there. Though she left already D:
