 Genevieve turned as she heard a man say hello to her. Or rather murmur it in a soft voice. She set her glass of punch down on the table. "Oh, hello."
She heard a familiar voice (Steven) and instantly recognized it as the voice belonging to the man who had started that fight in the bar. Oh well, if he does anything to disturb the peace I'll just go somewhere else.
She turned her attention back to the man in front of her. "So what do you think of the party?" Personally it didn't make much of a difference to Genevieve. It wasn't like she could see what it looked like anyway. She could have been anywhere in the hotel and it would have the same affect on her.

-Valcazar arrived at the party walking through the bodyguards givin them a nod to each as if to say hello. HE continued walking past people, people and creatures alike were certainly allowed to reveal their true selves here, although this would certainly freak out uninformed humans. it didn't matter, fights should not happen around here. if any thing happens though security would take care of it. although they were among the lightest security the real security would then be able to take care of the heavy trouble, leaving Val with hands free so to speak. He saw Damion interacting with Steven. seeing as Steven had not said a thing Val came over and patted DAmion on his shoulder.- "It's alright, that's done and over with no need to dwell with the past." -Val then let his hand lay off of Damion's shoulder, then turned his head to Steven and said.- "Say, i am interested in your experiments, now what did you say they were of again?" -Asked VAl starting up a conversation. he was rather curious and somewhat ambitious himself. Val seemed like the kind of guy who knew how to keep a secret behind his friendly smile, Val also had things to hide too.-

im sort of a self established loner. i had friends as a child but being the last of my kind makes me just not skilled in social matters -ryu thought it was odd that he'd say that he was the last of his kind. technically he wasnt if one counted the Black Tails, but he didnt so he threw out the thought- so that flute is interesting. how do you make it do...whatever it does?

Val had dealt with puppeters before, but their methods were different and different compared to her. the were ambitious and obvious, Val defeated them because they surely deserved it. However In this case, she was nearly unpredictable to VAl since he hadn't really encountered her b4. Val leaned against the wall near a bodguard working for him wearing sunglasses. Val began to speak while looking through a cell phone looking throguh the register of people who signed in. That girl carrying the flute, Who is she. is she a tenant of this place?" -The guard answered. Her Name is Wendy Dorthy Age 16 Race:Human Weapons:flute Abilities:to control people with her music -Val remained silent and he found her on the list.- "That's all you got?" -The guarded responded.- "Yes sir, my apologies." -Val shook his head, no it's fine, that's that is necessart to know anyways. oh yes...what's that hooded guy's name again? who is he exactly?" -the Guard replied.- His name is Takehitsu. race:human Age: 22 Height: 5' 8'' Weight: 135 lbs he is man of mystery as far as we know. and like you sir ,he seems prepared for anything. i can have some men keep a closer eye on him, is that alright?" -Val looked at the hooded man, the very same man who helped him out of the bar.- "No not necessary, too dangerous, call your men off. also that man had helped me, the least i can do is put my trust in him that he won't bring trouble here. He seems to be "BEhaving" anyways." -the guard said.- "understood." -and spoke in his hidden mic on his collar to call off men whom were spying on him. fortunetly they never picked up any more details on him since the man's senses very extremely sharp. Val then got up and began to walk.- "keep an eye On Steven as well...the young man with silver hair, not hard to miss. up the good work." -said Val leaving the guard.- "Affirmative." -replied the loyal bodyguard. Val approached the Young girl Wendy.- "Hello, Wendy is it?" -asked Val with a gentle smooth tone. "My name is Valcazar, The Hotel manager of this place, and i must say you look Very cute Today." -he said trying to flatter her a bit. He pretended to just notice her flute and said.- "That's a magnificent looking flute you have there, are you perhaps musician?" -he certainly was curious. making a new friend would be nice, but not always guaranteed.-

 Takehitsu watched the woman for a moment, "I don't understand it, so I don't know. How about yourself?" He would ask in reutrn. He sat there and looked to his side when he noted the security seemed to be trailing him. He wouldn't pay much attention for now but it would not go ingored either. His cloaked form would not bother the woman as she obviously couldn't see him. This made him able to familiarize himself with her without her having as much fear of him as others did.

 Steven let out a small laugh, "Likely something you cannot help me with anyway. My expiraments do two things, Brings me loyal servants and also grants things with no powers actual powers as though they where born with them. What more is with each batch I only have a few potent positions for them so they learn their control of powers a bit quickly." He would let that muse in the two peoples brains but Val walked off. This meant little to him he turned to Damien now.
"By the way I find it amazing you where not pulled away with the other hooligans. Mind my I'm not labelling you as one of them but do you have any power?" He asked. He would not respond to the apology nor did he need to. With his conversational make it could be generalized that he accepted.

Damion:My power? Ha! i can make almost any weapon appear in my hand even if it was never made or invented, *makes the rifle used by the terminater appear in his right hand, then it dissaappeared as quickly as it came* and something, im not sure wat this power is but my eyes change colors and i am imbued with an aura that has its own power levels, i dont know wat it does tho.
i can also detect the presence of weapons like the katar youve managed to hide so well. Ha! I could be yer best friend or yer worst enemy boy.
*a smile crosses his face and he whispers*

Wendy looked at Val and blushed."Nice to meet you sir.Yes that's my name."She hugged her flute tightly.Smiling,she stop blushing."Yes,you may call me a musician,"she sighed,explaining."But I still need more lessons.You see,I'm not the best flute player ever.But I try!"She looked down at it as she held it in her hands."This flute is very special to me.It's the only friend I had when I was little.I would play it to myself to free my worries..."
She looked up at Val again once more."Oh,I'm sorry!I didn't mean to talk so much..." she said nervously,then looked down at her feet."...I'm sorry..."

Val could relate, he was like that when he was younger himself, only not as timid. He was starting believe she was no longer a threat. He eased himself a bit knowing that if she was really this sweet innocent little girl then he need not worry, or it could be a front to throw in Val's face to hide her true nature, he didn't know. He then smiled- "it's ok Darling, what you said was nothing wrong. It was the truth and it spoke a summary of your past with it, which is fine. I'm not angry with you."-he said, with a tricky tongue that sounded suspicious and yet suitable to him. It was either a flirtatious tone or the most calmest response ever used. Val was simply being him for the moment. -He leaned closer to her in order to whisper in her ear, he then asked.- "Would you like to have a walk with me in the courtyard? i'm not sure if you've been there b4 but it's quite lovely. i'd also rather get out of this stuffy crowded, loud area..." -he said before offering her his arm for her to take a hold of.-

Steven listened and watched the persons ability's put on display. There where probably a few others who where interested as the weapon appeared and dissapeared. And he proclaimed his skills.
Steven's eyes arroed and he smiled in a wry manner when it was proclaimed that he was a demon. He was not planning on mentioning his encounter with one of the greatest demons ever to have existed. After all it's how he became a new breed of warrior in which he began his expiramentations with. He was the only SoulBond in existence. His soul was bonded with five seperate demons all of great strength who Garakon had destroyed and took their souls. The Katar happened to be one of the great demons weapons who was the strongest of those five. It was a Katar with strange side effects that would kill most things living, be that angels and demons as well.
The Familiar in his hands began to squirm and make awkward noises. Steven opened his eyes and paid imminent attention as he brought his ear to it's mouth. It's lips moved but there was no voice. Nor where the movements in any audible language known to anything aside from two. "Please Damion I have a propasition for you. Let us go somewhere away from the ears of others... I have something you must be privy to information of this will require no overhearing ears if you understand my meaning." With that Steven practicaly grabbed Damio and brought him to the Courtyard little did he know there would be another person or two but he couldn't care about one or two there was a proposal from Garakon. Something interesting indeed.

-ryu raised an eyebrow to Val who seemed to have a silver tongue (metaphorically speaking) and drank the rest of the punch in his cup.- well...i guess i'll split. you go have fun wendy i'll see you around i suppose. -he looked at val and shook his hand- nice to see you again sir. -ryu smiled at wendy then nodded to val before taking his leave to go talk to some other people-
-ryu walked up and stood next to Genevieve- um...hello. i believe we met in the bar earlier but i'm not certain. i'm Ryu i was the one um...asking about the village of Dragoons...so um...enjoying the party?-ryu was getting better at establishing conversations, but he was still nervous around pretty girls...actually girls in general would be a better statement but the fact that she was pretty didnt really help much-
(ooc: sorry i keep editing this so much. first i wanted to add stuff then i went all OCD with my spelling haha)

Genevieve drained the rest of her punch. "It's...interesting. But it's really nothing important or signifigant in any way to me." She might as well just have walked out into the gardens and it would feel exactly the same to her. For now, this party seemed to be pretty similar to the bar where she had previously come from. There was just a bunch of people talking, some dancing; nothing any different then being anywhere else in the hotel in her opinion. Nevertheless, it was at least somewhat peaceful here so she valued that.
For a second she wondered what he meant by 'he didn't understant it' but decided not to ask him about it.
