FrostieSlush Saew Yes, I still have my testicles, they only sealed the tubes that the sperm itself travels along, it was a vasectomy, not a neutering. lol. I know thaaaat. Thankyou for answering my questions I know they probably came off as pretty ignorant. ♂20/m/fairytale romance land

Even though I didn't ask, thank you for answering my unasked questions as well. 3nodding

Lexenos the Bard If you do PM her, will you PM me too? I'm trying to find a good birth control unit, but might have to resort to bf getting a vasectomy. (Since the ******** doctors are biased beyond view when it comes to... the girl version, I don't know the name. XD) They may have a point. I asked my women's studies teacher about this and she told me it was far more dangerous for women than men and according to one website*, it increases your chances of tubal pregnancies and those can trigger early menopause. Of course surgical procedures are improving all the time so hopefully they'll be better soon. *http://www.epigee.org/guide/sterile.html

Vasectomies also take less time and money, both for the procedure and recovery.

Oh wow, I never knew that part. I just knew that they wouldn't give it to you unless you had kids, which is kind of a slap in the face to child free people.

Several factors are involved, including the Dr themselves, your age, mental state, relationship status, ect. I have never had a child, 27, sane (as far as they could tell), and in a stable relationship. If I had gone to them at 21, they might have tried to talk me out of it.

Wow... all the sideeffects just make me want to stick to a condom and make me want to get my tubes tied later.
