While you have fallen into the darkness that I fear is the new age role play style (Sorry...I'm old school and use either ::action:: or *action* this new book-esque stuff feels wrong to me. But to each their own) You seem to have improved and are less of if not at all the muncher you used to be. I mean seriously...turning....cant remember if it was your body or the trees....into rubber with just a command and bouncing everywhere.

*Pull out a large war maul with peculiar markings sticking out of the hammer's head. Spikes line the rim of the head sticking outward for a menacing look but no combat purpose* Lemme help *On closer inspection the markings seem to stamp a smiley face on whatever surface it hits*

*Sigh* *goes back to the old F.R.I.E.N.D.S guild*

-JAw drops looking at the large menacing looking maul- "Holy s**t!"
Hmmm it is rather difficult to even find some of these old age roleplaying places. and if there are some left, most the players just split, moving on with their lives and leaving some small chunks of info left or nothing at all. =/

What is the NEW AGe roleplaying? the one of today? I still remember and heard from a former OLdbie roleplayer of Dragon's cavern or tavern, that there was even speed typing roleplay lol. especially for battling XD.

the one we're doing as of now is turn-based i believe.

I was talking about roleplay style in general.

Ex. To show action I put it in between :: or *, Where as now most people just put what they say in apostrophes so it looks more like a book than anything.

Correction. To most people it is confusing and few people can understand it. They add so much detail to a post and they think that makes it good.. Or this is at least just one example.
