xD; I'm a crack pairing slasher- So I'll probably be the one to slash Artemis with Mamoru (Actually... I HAVE.) And Mamoru with any other character <3
(Like, Demando and Endymion. Seiya/Mamoru...Yaten/Mamoru. Did read Fiore/Mamoru. And that whole Mamoru/Usagi/Seiya.)

But I'm not entirely fond of Usagi with anyone but Mamoru. c.c; However I WOULD slash Chibiusa with Hotaru. 'cause it's so cute. I think the reason with Mercury and Makoto is purely aesthic in a sense that quiet mouse with Amazon. That and I always thought of Makoto as the type to take care of Ami when she over does it with the studying and such.

And when we get into other fandoms- like HP- :3 *Notorious for noncannon.*


Now my rant:

Today's rant is about: Character Assassination with no real good back story! And other annoyances.

I utterly LOATHE people drastically changing a character's personality without providing an extremely logical evidence of as to WHY this character is like this.

One of the things that tick me off is some parts of fandom. For instance- WHY oh WHY is Mamoru usually portrayed in really bad fanfics, as an idiot? Or even worse: An abusive @$$hole when there is no grounds whatsoever for ANY of it?

I mean there's no ground work! There's no *Gradually making him a pain*. None of it!

Plus, in addition- Why in the heck are all the males doormats? Even in the anime (And I ignore the Anime Sailormoon often because I don't agree with it much.) the guys aren't doormats.

>.<; I have this issue with Tokyo Mew Mew too. There's so many fangirling over Kissu (I don't understand why. He's pretty much a friggin stalker/creepy guy. But I guess that's the appeal.) and that other guy-what's his name- the blonde one.

Yet the one guy Ichigo wants, Masaya who's pretty decent and normal, he's pretty much as bashed on as Mamoru.

*Pauses* hmm...I just had an idea for a fanficlet.

Anyway another thing that totally ticks me off is the natural assumption of some that Usagi is basically queen of the world- WITHOUT marrying Mamoru.

Last I check: She's a MOON princess. He's the EARTH prince. Where does it say that Usagi's an EARTH princess? What? No where? Huh.

I mean logically, if the whole entire story is set up as Romeo/Juliet-type of story (Ie. "Noo! Endymion!" *Endy dies to protect Serenity* "I can't live with out you!" *Serenity commits suicide* "Noo! My daughter!" *Q.Serenity waves magical wand-ect.*) then it's obvious they're going to come back and get back together.

I understand wanting to pair up your favorite characters at times. But seriously, I've seen way too many fanfiction/art where Usagi's still queen, Mamoru's been kicked out and Seiya-insertrandommale/femalecharacter- has taken over as Co-ruler of Earth.

WHILE Mamoru's still alive. That just ticks me off because it makes no sense!

And I have the unfortunate need when people are actually being serious about these things, to make sense.

In my head I'm going " This isn't possible seeing as the first Serenity couldn't even get Earth to agree with her at all. Not to mention if he divorced/never marries Usagi she would have to go back to the moon and rule if she wanted to be a queen."

Since, in the Manga, the Moon Kingdom is all repaired and such.

Not to mention, I doubt when push comes to shove he'd allow Usagi to run things. Sorry, but no. After all he got into an American College for godsakes. Harvard is not a push over thing. Plus English- American English at that- is supposedly a hard language because some of our words sound the same and spelled differently. (ie: See and Sea.)

I imagine that takes some smarts to know and understand. I see Usagi as not being dumb either though (Thank Manga, Musical and PGSM xD; ).

I think they'd have an arrangement where it's more of an equal partnership rather then extremely one-sided as it -seems- to some people.

Another thing is, I cannot imagine them ruling the entire Earth. Not unless something drastically change people's mind. I'm thinking along the lines of places where they don't want a monarchy or anything like that.

I think that's how the Black Moon Clan got started in the first place. They were actual terrorists that disagreed with the entire notion of longevity and I bet they didn't like the idea of begin ruled over.

(Also betting they're descended from some pretty independent countries with these ideals- Like the US who's basic history is rebelling xD; )

I mean the cultural differences, religions alone would've made ruling an entire world difficult to begin with. Then you add in extremists...

*Stops there* ^^;

Honestly, I'm fine with her being on Earth though. Because of that whole tradition " Woman leaves her own home and goes to live with husband regardless where he lives."

Another thing- What's up with Chibiusa and a crescent moon? Was it that hard for Naoko to design an insignia that symbolizes the union of -both- worlds? It's not that hard. That normal Earth symbol being cradled by a crescent moon.

I mean maybe that's why I don't care much for her being Chibimoon. I mean she could've been Chibi Earth or something. ~.~; (though to explain it away in the theory that it's because she's a girl and primarily most girls take after mommy and most boys take after daddy. But still!)

Perhaps I just hate yaoi/yuri fanfics in general. I tend to be fine with Haruka and Michiru and other canon couples. But when I see a fanfic with a yaoi/yuri pairing, I scream.

I find it very hard to be friends with fans of that genre...if it is considered a genre...
People who don't talk about it all the time, I'm fine with. It's the big fans that talk about it a lot that I have trouble talking to. The people who see fanart and fanfics like that and get excited and squeal...ugh. >.<

I said it was hard, not impossible.

All I am saying is, if you are a fan, you can say so, but that is all I want to know!

Youuuuuuuu I totally understand that whole plot and characters needing to make sense bit.
Perhaps this is a bad thing considering the guild I have made, but I loathe when fan characters simply do not make sense with the sailor moon plot.
Whenever I do a character, fanfic, or role-play about sailor moon I do reasearch. I look it up and make dang sure that its cohesive.
I mean, its not hard to look it up quick and find out the facts.

Hence why I'm putting most of my research in this guild XD Then when people make a booboo I can quote my own post and tell them how it doesn't make sense.

x3; Another fan of Logic! Yeah when I started into the fandom I -so- was not logical either. *Mutters about things that should be dead..but arent'. Darn it all.*

But yeah, once I really got into the fandom, I had to do research a little bit. Especially when I was crossing things over.

I think one of the things that got me once was the thought of a senshi of Andromeda. Which is all well and good if it's strictly Mythology- but there's an entire galaxy called that. Yet for some reason(If and only if they're NOT going with the whole galaxy tidbit) little Andromeda ends up in the Milky Way- Earth.

I mean it's a curious thought. What if there's a Milky Way Senshi? :E?

"I'm Sailor Milky Way! In the name of the Milky Way Galaxy, I'll Punish you!"

But yes. When I started Rping in general people pulled these Really REALLY out there things without a single reason as to -why- or -how- this happened. Usually given generic mess as a passable excuse.

I mean I know we all start out rough at one point, but really. The whole thing is about progression and the like.

Now for my Rant of Today: Losing Profiles

Zomgs T___T; I can't believe I didn't SAVE it from the other profile of my computer! I've just lost over 100 pages or more of old profiles I had. And I don't think I have copies else where.

Which means my poor Ceti Senshi (and every other senshi before 0 cool is gone. Poof. Vanished. Without a trace.

Which depresses me. You know what it's like to lose previous solid foundation of your first piece. The process: Disbelief. Panic. Anger. Mourning. Then finally- Acceptance.

I am in the midst of the end of Mourning.

Mythology. If I don't know the planet's name- I give them a standard senshi. Either it's all elemental, or I go with human/something else aspects and usually coordinate it so they mean something with their mythology.

I'm sure there's probably more planets in the Tau Ceti System, but I just made up the five and all. xD;

I disagree. I believe that there can be a Senshi of a star. They are called "Star Seeds" after all.
