the movie was ok... i thought wrath`s death was pretty sad though.....eh oh well X3

indeed it was very confusing, but i think that they could have done a little better on the movie to make it where its less confusing

And Roy wasn't fuhrer either! Though he was pretty awesome in the movie with his big comeback scene, he never really got what he was aiming for in the beginning too. At least Amestris is safe from the homunculi even if Ed and Al aren't there to live in it... crying
The movie's ending left lots of ideas for fanfic writers though! mrgreen

My advice, finish the series before watching the movie. And secondly, watch it a couple three times. It will make more sense. I loved it except they left Ed and Al on our side of the gate. Makes it hard to add to it and I would love more FMA

Ah, the movie wrapped up the series so perfectly~ ...until the ending. D: I was sitting there and I'm like,"What? You're kidding me, that's it? COME ON!!!"
I wished Envy hadn't died/been transmuted. ;__;
But I really liked what happened to Wrath. He finally found his mommy~ heart
I think instead of doing Brotherhood, the makers should make an add on series on Ed and Al getting home. ...and bring Envy back. XD

i was just sad that the entire thing had to end. and i actually really loved the ending of the anime, while the ending of the movie was good, it made me really upset. (for obvious, previously stated reasons.) you definitely have to watch the series firts, otherwise it makes no sense. but, i just felt that the movie didn't satisfy me completely. i loved parts of it such as wrath's death, and the whole idea of the two worlds and all, but i don't really know...does anyone get what I'm saying? i liked it, but it didn't sit well? question
