I'm currently hosting a contest in the ATG clan...
I would love to go in a hot air balloon. I live in New Mexico, so I see them alot. That and airplanes. When I first moved, It was a big event for me to see one of those. Now, it's just "oh look, a balloon. What were we doing now?"
...The prize is 5k. Why not swing by and check it out?

I don't know, it's been getting worse ever since Dante was born. One of my worst words it "this" I usually wind up typing it like "siht" sweatdrop . I'll give it time.

@ Yunie: Oooh! You should learn the Egyptian for phrases like, "I don't speak Egyptian!" and then just blurt it at the locals. xd

as for hot air balloon I recommend you get in and close you eyes until you hair FAZHHZHHHH. ...Speaking of finger slipping, I suspect that's "hear" instead of "hair"... wink Color me jealous along with everyone else; I've been fascinated with Egypt since I was a little, little kid. (That's when there was a touring exhibit of King Tut; I didn't get to see it, but there was a LOT of press about it) ^_^

God-Raped-Me Can you take lots of pics of the cities too? When ever I think of Egypt I think of really old buildings that look like they're made of sand. I'm sure it's not like that anymore but I can't help thinking it. sweatdrop Thats a good suggestion, I read something last year about European tourism to Egypt (don't ask) and one of the highlights for them was taking pictures of Cairo from the top of Giza, I don't know if you can do that anymore but basically all of these 19th Century folk said their best experience of Cairo was from way up their. Maybe try a panoramic view? That way you blowup the pictures and have Egypt circling all around you room when you get home biggrin

@GRM: I don't even have my plane tickets, you'd have to disguise yourself as me and then sneak on the bus, lol. I'm taking pics of EVERYTHING, but I'll make sure to take some of the cities too 3nodding
@Shram: xd I'll see what I can do for sending down a rope, lol. Sneak on the plan in Germany?
@Steph: xd I should. I don't know how to say anythin in Arabic sweatdrop That'd be funny though... All the Egyptians would have a laugh anyway. "Look at the crazy Canadian girl!"

Meh, Egypt...I have a friend that lives there it's a total hell there. Unless you're a guy or a tourist I suppose so you should enjoy yourself lol.

I'm Back!

As I'm typing, I'm uploading my pictures to Facebook, and as soon as that's done, linking the albums (which I made public, so, you don't have to be my Facebook-friend to look at them biggrin )
I had loads of fun over there, but I will say that I got sick of the rice, really really quickly. Three straight days of it was enough >>" Other than that (and having fairly epik leg-pain for five days after going inside a pyramid (IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT THOUGH!)) I loved pretty much every second of being over there X3
