Well... I can picture most of the host club with tatoos except for Haruhi and Honey-Senpai. Eeep whee Kyoya and MORI especially would be very smexy with one.

Tamaki: probably a heart or rose with Haruhi's name imprinted on a ribbon... ninja where no one can see it...XD ...or kanji for DADDY!
Kyoya: kanji for SHADOW KING! WOO! with demon wings on the back as a finishing touch.
Hunny: usa-chan in a flex pose with kanji for strength underneith. sweatdrop this is a little silly i know.
Mori: I LOVE the idea of him with a dragon! but seeing how he follows hunny around... ninja again a silly and maybe a rather sick idea.
Hikaru and Kaoru: each other's names tattooed on their butts! XD
Haruhi: ...yeah i totally liked the tuna fish idea. XD

It's kind of hard to picture any of them with a tattoo, but I agree that Mori could pull it off.

Tamaki: a crown and rose
Kyouya: a yen sign
Mori: a dragon, like everyone else says, and a katana
Hunny: Usa-chan whee
The twins: kanji for 'trouble (or something like that xd )
Haruhi: I liked the ootoro, but I think she would have something more like a picture of her mother ^_^

Mori would definatly have a dragon on his back
Hunny would have one of those strength or perseverance character tatts on his arm
And I think Tamaki would have one of the following:
*A rose
*Haruhi's name
*Haruhi's face
*Himself and Haruhi
*a band around the arm saying: "Daddy"
Tamaki would make Kyouya get a band saying "Mother"
The twins would have probably either their last name or eachother's name on their arms rofl
Poor Haruhi probably wouldn't get one...she doesn't seem like the type...though everone but Hunny and Mori seem like that sweatdrop

Yea first thought when I saw this thread I can picture Takashi wearing one.
but there was that one episode in the manga where Tamaki has a tattoo of cherry blossoms all over his shoulder lol [[the physical examinations episode]]

i can see
tamaki- all of the chubs names across his back with little symbols that represent them
Kyoya- Money/Yen symbol
Mori- dragon around a katana
Hikaru- Kaorus name on his wrist
Kaoru- Hikarus name on his wrist
Hunny- cake or Usa-chan
Haruhi- her parents names on her wrists (not including tamaki... sorry sweatdrop )

mori- a snake that goes from his right wrist down to left ankle
