The original, aussie version of Kath & Kim is the funniest thing to ever grace a television. Unfortunately, the US counterpart is absolutely terrible, having seemingly missed the entire point, cutting out most of the original characters (Kel, Bret, Pru & Trude, and Shannon), and making the character of Kim attractive.
Other than that, I'd say that Doctor Who is definitely my number one, with How I Met Your Mother, Torchwood, IT Crowd, Might Boosh, The Office (US, preferably, though the original UK version is alright too), My Name is Earl, Lost, Fringe, and 30 Rock.
Of course, I don't actually own a television, but that doesn't stop me from watching most of those shows religiously via the internets.

Shows that I can watch and never get tired of? Let's see...
Doctor Who (Of course. whee ).
House.
Futurama.
Robot Chicken.
Family Guy.
Oh and flippin' Frisky Dingo (BOOSH!).
There might be more, but those are the big ones.
