Hi!

I came to fill in the character description thingy, and I got some questions! sweatdrop

this jutsu list, is it ok to put jutsu's on it that don't exist in the manga or anime?
I got a whole character ready in my head, but he doesn't really apply to the actual naruto world.

Also, I would like to ask for permission to give my character a demon, but no tailed beast.
Some kinda werewolf-ish demon kinda thing, who gets his powers from the moon.

I see that I have to ask permission to get a summoning technique too, so I hereby ask permission to give my character a summoning technique! whee

In that way I think there will be much more originality and stuff.

I just vote that there should be none of the special jutsu's from the series, but the other's should be fine. and i want everyone to make up their own, but i need to clear the jutsu's before they are official

It'll take a lot of moderating, but we can do it. And we should make a rule where if a jutsu does not require a special condition like a bloodline or fighting style, then the jutsu can be learned by anyone once your character dies. If it needs a bloodline, then the technique will be added to the list. We need to make sure that we have all the bloodlines, fighting styles, and basic jutsus and such ironed out first before we move on to allowing custom jutsus.

Well i'll leave that all up to you two. i'll be on profile duty and watching for any signs of GMing as well as moderating who goes to what villages and what positions they take up. also basic jutsu's are aloud. but i want everyone to make at least THREE jutsu of their own for each profile they make. fair enough?
