With Mewtwo, don't try and rush people unless you're ABSOLUTELY sure you're going to get the KO.
Also, his standard A in the air is awesome. It racks up plenty of damage while you're free to move around.
His upwards throw should always be the throw you use. The bacwards one is good, too, but his down and/or forwards throws aren't going to kill anyone.
And make sure that your Shadow Ball is always charged up. What not many people know is that the Ball launches UP first, so if someone jumps in towards you, a last-minute launch can knock them out of the air, if they're close enough.
