AntoniaMerEnfant I'm (attempting) to throw a party at my apartment. Which naturally, if guild members are able to come down to southwest MO wink I think I might go as mother nature this year. I'm really hoping one of the guys from my class will come to my party-- not because I'm recently single and have bad ideas, but because he's from Nigeria and they don't really celebrate Halloween there (or if they do they call it something different and he didn't recognize the name). I think it would be neat to see someone have their first American Halloween. I love dressing up- I'm theatrical like that... it's how this cookie crumbles baby. I'm not so big into spooky, but I'm big into fun, candy, costumes, and such. Also it's a holiday that while some people drink it's still major fun for those of us who don't drink. I find St. Patrick's Day boring because I don't drink. if i was able to get there, i'd be at that party. myself, i'm going as nathan explosion from dethklok. some of my other friends are completing the rest of the band. we just plan on walking around downtown all day. we may hit up a couple bars. wonder if anyone will figure out our costumes. rofl

Nah...I stopped dressing up a long time ago. Kinda didn't have a purpose to do so. Which is sad, actually. Adulthood usually means lots of parties to go to. D= There's no kids around here who wanna trick or treat anyway. They're too cool to do it....lol. Which is fine, actually because it means lots more candy for me. ^^
...and also that means I'll probably be hyped up for 7 hours prattling on and on about doing the Time Warp. xd Pixy Stiks are bad for me.

The past couple of Halloweens I sat in my room lol. This year, I'm doing the trick-or-treating thing. Well, not me. My sisters (6 & 8 ) are trick-or-treating and since I'll be home, I'm going to go with them. I'll probably steal their candy when they get home. I'm trying to be the perfect big sister. I just don't want them to get cavities! And I might dress up. Maybe as Hinata from Naruto. I'm a nerd lol.

I dress up for work, because we are having "Barnyard Boo" a little carnival thing at the farm part and I am running games, taking kids on tractor rides, etc.
I am dressed up as a scarecrow. redface

I'm actually quite psyched for Halloween this year. My God, I have NO CLUE what the hell we're doing this year, but I have a costume picked out and that's all that matters, right? ^.^ I'm gonna' be a fairy and my boyfriend is gonna' be my Fairy Prince. He just doesn't know it yet... And I'll actually be sewing a Harley Quinn costume this year for a friend. I'm pretty stoked cause I haven't ever sewn anything like a body suit before. Hopefully it turns out alright... Hmm... But I do hope this year will be better than last year- I spent the majority of the night breaking up fist fights and kicking people out of my friend's party gonk I don't know why-of all the people there-they sent the little 5'5'' girl in the Moogle costume to break up a fight between a drunk and rowdy Spiderman and a drunk and rowdy Batman, but it worked Pity no one took pictures... SuperBuick! I had a buddy do Nathan Explosion last year!! It was probably the most awesome part of Halloween cause the entire night he actually talked like him and held the Sneer all night xd

I must say, I'm finding this year's Halloween event to be a little frustrating. What do you all think?

kekadu I must say, I'm finding this year's Halloween event to be a little frustrating. What do you all think? I thought it was too... Once I figured out which attacks got the most experience, it was ok. I thought I had more time, but they ended it before Halloween itself actually ended. At least, I think they did. All I know is that I could swear the events last year and before kept going even after Halloween. So, I finished every faction except the dark elf. -_- Made me mad lol.

Yeah...I started getting the hang of it but then didn't have time to finish it (even one faction!) because I'm working full time nowadays and am an avid "8 hours a night!" sleeper. xd
I hope people will share pictures of their costumes! I didn't get to wear mine out because I was sick, so I stayed home, watched tv, took nyquil, and went to sleep. Sigh.
